Pretty alcove studio located on the garden level, 750 m from the cable car and the Mont d'Arbois Golf course.
The accommodation comprises an entrance hall with two bunk beds (80 x 190) - the upper bed is not suitable for children under 6 -, a separate toilet, a bathroom and a fully-equipped kitchenette opening onto the living room. The living room includes a double sofa bed (140 x 190), and access to a south-west-facing, unfenced terrace and garden.

This was a night mare/ everything in the description of property is a lie. It is at least 10 mins to ski resort not one minute , megeve downtown is 35-40 mins away. Check in and check out they wanted me to go 40 mins walk to turn keys or pick up keys from agency. We have no Power for several hours first night, and the other two nights weather was very bad and we were stuck inside since there is nothing around here and the oven doesn’t work and we had to sleep hungry in our vacation. . No WiFi, no TV, no toiletries , not even sheets or towel! You have to pay for all that. You have to drag your garage to city bin, another 10 minutes walk with garage in your hand , in snow !!! No emergency contact number nor anyone is available after 6 pm! Even later they gave me an emergency number, still that only works till 9 pm!!!! It is a night mare. They also wants you to clean the whole house or pay for cleaning separately. Same as they charged 92+euro for renting us sheets and towels. With everything extra you have to pay, you will be definitely more comfortable in a very nice hotel!
