HOUSING

This warm and charming apartment will provide you with an excellent pied-à-terre in the heart of Bordeaux, in a lively and animated but quiet area! Entirely renovated a few months ago, this beautiful apartment tastefully decorated and located in a beautiful typical Bordeaux building will seduce you by its privileged location in the city!

Located on the 2nd floor, it has all the necessary equipment for your comfort (Wifi, basic products, Nespresso coffee machine, hair dryer, TV, iron, fan).
Equipped with a bedroom with a queen size bed (160cm), and a convertible sofa (in 140cm) it will be ideal to accommodate 4 people!

DEPOSIT

Dans le cadre de votre location une empreinte bancaire de 250 € est demandée et doit être réalisée via votre guide de logement Enso Connect. Veuillez noter que des frais de gestion de 3.30€ s'appliquent en supplément.
L'empreinte n’impacte pas le plafond de votre carte bancaire et est automatiquement annulée dans les deux jours suivant votre départ sous réserve du respect des conditions générales de vente et d’un logement restitué en parfait état.

THE LOCATION

Facing the Gare Saint-Jean, you have a quality location, close to all places of interest! The tramway line C passes 100 meters from the apartment, and serves all the strategic places of the city.

From Mérignac Airport :
Take bus 1 from the Mérignac Airport stop to the Gare Saint-Jean stop and walk 1 minute.

From Gare St Jean :
Walk 1 minute.

To park your car, street parking is free only from 7pm to 9am and on Sundays and holidays.
The apartment has no parking, the public car park "Place de la Victoire" is located 200 meters from the apartment.
The price for parking is 19€ for the day.

Good for the price, good location

Good location for access to transport, nice and simple apartment. It can be confusing to book because of the cleaning fee and deposit, but overall it's ok. Negative point, small bathroom and small mirrors.

right across the street Bordeaux St. Jean

Very conveniently right across the street from Gare St. Jean Bordeaux. However, that proximity to a railway station also means the neighborhood is noisy and trashy at night. If the weather is cool, you can sleep with the double pane windows shut and the noise probably wouldn't be a problem. However, it was extremely hot when we stayed there, so we had to leave the windows open and it was quite noisy. The apartment is clean and quite modern inside.

Decent apartment very close to the train. A bit of a walk to old town but trams and buses are easy. Apartment had all that was advertised. Recommend.

Great location across from train station and tramline. Not affected by any noise having said that. €3 euro return ticket to centre of Bordeaux. Apartment nice and clean. Unfortunately bedding/towels were not changed for the duration of our 12 night stay. Extremely hot in the apartment even with both the fans on throughout the night. Sewage smell in shower room which was quite unpleasant

Je recommande, charmant, confortable qui nous a permis de sillonner Bordeaux en toute facilité.

L'établissement était conforme aux photos du site Booking, l'emplacement est idéal pour arriver à Bordeaux ( situé juste en face de la gare) et très pratique pour visiter la ville car les lignes de tram et de bus sont à 2mn à pied. Nous avons été bien accueillis, l'appartement est très joli, confortable, la literie au top, très propre.
