Charming cottage from the late 19th century, magnificent sea view

"La Consolata" is located in Pourville sur mer, 200 metres and 5 minutes walk from the beach. The house has a sea view from the living room and a bedroom. From the loggia on the upper floor, the view is exceptional: 180° between sea and valley.

It is part of a set of small terraced houses built at the end of the 19th century during the time of the first Parisian sea baths.

This delightful little house has a crazy charm and offers a soft and warm decoration.

The garden below allows you to enjoy the calm of nature, the sun and the sea view.

Wir haben uns in dem schönen Haus in perfekter Lage sehr wohl gefühlt.Zu bemängeln ist, dass die Beschriftung von Herd und Mikrowelle leider nicht mehr lesbar war.Das Schlafzimmer mit dem angrenzenden Balkon und dem wunderschönen Blick aufs Meer machen manche Mängel einfach wett !Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein altes Haus mit traumhaften Meerblick

Von außen sieht das Haus fantastisch aus und ist sehr gut gepflegt. Das absolute Highlight ist natürlich der wunderschöne Balkon, auf dem wir mit Abstand die meiste Zeit verbracht und den einmaligen Meerblick genossen haben. Eine tolle Überraschung war der große umzäunte Garten, der auf den Bildern gar nicht zu sehen ist. Innen merkt man dem Haus sein Alter an. Die Einrichtung ist eher klassisch, aber das ist natürlich Geschmackssache. Die Küche ist eher klein und eher spärlich ausgestattet, für den normalen Urlaubsalltag genügt es aber. Leider hat uns die mangelnde Sauberkeit sehr enttäuscht. Die Küche war nicht ordentlich geputzt, einige Kissen hatten auf der Rück- bzw. Unterseite Flecken und einige Teller und Gläser im Schrank waren nicht sauber. Gerade bei dem Preis hätten wir hier doch etwas mehr erwartet. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Gegend rund um das Ferienhaus ist sehr hübsch und lädt sehr zum Spazieren gehen, Radfahren und Wandern ein. Fußläufig erreicht man den hübschen Strand von Pourville und einen sehr guten Bäcker. Die belebte Stadt Dieppe ist schnell zu erreichen und bietet eine große Auswahl an Restaurants. Alles in allem können wir das Haus empfehlen, man sollte allerdings beachten, dass es etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist und somit gewisse Eigenheiten mit sich bringt. Der Balkon mit diesem wunderbaren Meerblick ist aber absolut einmalig und wir sind sehr froh, dass wir diesen eine Woche lang von früh bis spät genießen durften.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem schön

Das Objekt ist von außen her super. Der Ausblick unbezahlbar, was dann darüber hinwegtröstet, dass der ein oder andere Einrichtungsgegenstand im Haus arg in die Jahre gekommen ist. Auch hätten die Vormieter mehr auf die Sauberkeit des Bestecks achten können. Insgesamt aber gut

Wunderschönes Haus mit „Optimierungspotenzial“

Schöne Lage auf einer Anhöhe über dem Ort. Meerblick wie auf den Fotos. Das Haus ist für Nostalgieliebhaber optimal. Nett eingerichtet mit ein paar alten Schränken und Tischen. Das Schlafzimmer zur Vorderseite ist wirklich toll! Was in der Beschreibung fehlt: es gibt noch einen großen Garten (nicht auf den Fotos zu sehen). Die Küche ist leider nicht wirklich gut ausgestattet. Es ist zwar alles vorhanden aber zusammengewürfelt und abgenutzt. Jeder Gast hat irgendwas gekauft und dort gelassen, so wie wir. Eine gründliche Überholung und Reinigung würde dem Haus gut tun. Im Ort ist man zu Fuß in 10 Min. Es gibt eine gute Bäckerei und ein paar Restaurants. Ende April hatte noch vieles geschlossen. Der Strand besteht ausschließlich aus Kieselsteinen - typisch für die Gegend :-) Also, wenn man Wert auf Atmosphäre und Aussicht legt, ist man hier richtig.

L'ensemble et en particulier le charme de la galerie et du petit salon, la vue. Les placards dans les chambres. Le silence durant la période de notre séjour. Le jardin. L'ordre et la propreté de la courette et de la lingerie. Une dotation de 2 à 3 torchons de cuisine.

Sehr schönes romantisches Häuschen in Meernähe, Toplage!!

Das Haus ist toll gelegen, 500 m zum Meer - der Strand von Pourville . Meerblick aus dem Wohnzimmer und vom Essbereich und natürlich von Balkon. Uriges altes Häuschen mit sehr großem Garten ( keine Fotos davon im Inserat) über Gartentor zu erreichen. Ein paar Stufen sind dabei zu überwinden. Der Garten ist umzäunt. Es gibt eine Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus auf dem schmalen Privatweg. Große Kühlgefrierkombi im kleinen Wirtschaftsraum, Brennholz für den Kamin vorhanden , Anzündholz sollte mitgebracht werden. Die Betten sind alle sehr gemütlich und es gibt den Wäscheservice mit Bettwäsche und Handtüchern . Kleines Wc ohne Waschbecken im Erdgeschoss, kleines Bad mit Badewanne ohne Wc oben auf der Etage. Für Gerne- und Vielkocher ist die Ausstattung nicht ganz perfekt, aber prinzipiell ist das wichtigste vorhanden. Bis auf Kaffefilter, etwas Öl und Essig muss alles mitgebracht werden. Französisches Fernsehen, DVDs und Bücher sind vorhanden.

La Consolata is zo’n magisch vakantiehuis waar alles op z’n plaats valt: de plek (met uitzicht op Côte d’Albatre), het huis zelf (art-nouveau), de propriétaire (Emilie), het seizoen (voorjaar) en het prachtige weer.., merci nous reviendrons à coup sûr!

Bon séjour en Normandie

Nous devions être les 1ers vacanciers de la saison car la maison semblait ne pas avoir été occupée depuis quelques mois, hormis un nettoyage à revoir, maison idéale pour de bonnes vacances, bien équipée pour une famille avec 3 jeunes enfants, tout le monde a aimé la maison, les pièces de vie et les chambres et nous particulièrement le boudoir très lumineux.

Consolata porte magnifiquement son nom !

La loggia face à la mer dans le prolongement de la chambre et le petit salon de lecture confortablement meublé permet de composer des moments de bonheur par tous les temps. La proximité des plages qui à marée basse offrent des balades jusqu'à Saint Valéry de Varengeville... Le calme d'un lieu de villégiature préservé que seul le chant des oiseaux interrompt au petit matin... La dotation de quelques ustensiles de cuisine indispensables couteaux et paire de ciseaux, de produits basiques pour le ménage. Un aménagement fonctionnel de l'office et la peinture du meuble de salle-de-bain...
