Numerous activities nearby, including hiking, horseback riding, cycling, golf, hot air ballooning, and the Parc Floral (floral park)... Traditional house situated in a large courtyard, near the owner's residence. The house is entirely on the ground floor (only two steps to enter). It features a large living room with a lounge area (TV), a dining area, and an open-plan fitted kitchen, as well as a separate utility room (washing machine).

For sleeping, you will have two separate bedrooms (one with two single beds, 90x190cm, and the other with two single beds, 90x200cm), a shower room (shower, sink, bidet), and a separate toilet.

Entry to the property is through a gate with a shared courtyard at the front, accessible from the owners. There is an open carport for one car. At the rear, you have a private, enclosed garden with garden furniture and a barbecue to enjoy sunny days outdoors.
