Perfect spot for my fiancé and I! Close enough to broadway that you could get a quick (and cheap) uber but away from all the noise that you could still sleep without issues. Bed was comfy, AC worked great considering it was 90 degrees the whole time we were there! Would definitely stay again!

Great parking directions and access instructions with vidio. Host is cordial and responsive. Clean, comfortable and quiet location. Two miles from downtown. We walked to town for dinner, then to Nissan Stadium, then to downtown for a nightcap and Ubered home. Lovely evening

Every part of this property worked perfect for my sister and I who stayed 2 nights. Good neighborhood, short 5 - 10 minute Uber ride to lively Broadway or the more relaxing and quaint Germantown neighborhood. This VRBO was exactly what I was looking for. It is in a good location and close to downtown. If you are taking Ubers or Lyfts they are not expensive at all to get to the heart of downtown. The host was very welcoming and communicative! Highly recommend!
