This was a nice place very quiet and was very close to denny’s, which was the closest restaurant and Wendy’s everything else will be about 15 miles away also very close to Holiday world very convenient. Would recommend anyone to stay. It was clean and the house was very nice. They supplied s’mores for us to have in a wood fire ready to start when we get there. Just make sure you take your own coffee lol for a Keurig cup, but they had a coffee pot so no pods. Make sure you bring fresh ground coffee. kitchen so you can cook your own food there Dollar store is close so I was able to get groceries. We cooked our own food for a couple of days. Best water park we’ve ever been to.

Great location next to Lincoln boyhood home and 10 minutes to Holiday World. We loved the space in the home and extra pull-out beds. Nice big backyard- we enjoyed the fire pit and swing!

Fun At the Family Oasis

We had a great time playing Cornhole and board games, plus had a fire one night to check out the stars! Plenty of space for 6 adults, with 3 bathrooms (when needed!). Really short drive to Holiday World and Splash-n-Safari!

Holiday World Family Trip

We stayed two nights. It was easy to check in and out. There were some concerns that I shared with the host and she was very accepting of them. We would stay here again, hopefully for our next holiday world trip!

Family getaway to Holiday World

There was lots of room for our family to spread out, easy check in, and conveniently located near Holiday World. I was concerned that some of the bar stools and kitchen chairs would break while sitting on them due to wear. The outdoor grill did not work, so we couldn’t grill out. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time.

We enjoyed our stay at the “family oasis.” The home has everything you need. Country setting but close to holiday world. The neighborhood kitties that hang were a bonus My kids loved them.

Great for our family

Overall it was a wonderful stay! We stayed as our entire family for our trip to Holiday World and used all the rooms and beds. There were linens provided for all beds (except for pillow cases) and plenty of towels for everyone! Just a heads up, if you do plan to come be sure to bring all your own shower supplies as no soaps/hair products were provided. The host was very responsive and it was a very smooth process! The location was great for our visit and do plan to return!

Our Friends First Holiday World trip

I teach at a college level (management, operations, human resource, IT courses) once a week. I love to be with my family, boating, golfing, camping, hiking - basically anything active. Being outside brings me great joy.

Why they chose this property

I was raised near this property. My parents are just a few blocks away. It is a wonderful place to share with others. I lived away and moved back - just seeing the drive through Lincoln State Park is priceless. Holiday World, the Christmas Store, Santa's Stables are owned by people I know personally. My property is private. It offers a family environment but also great for friends to enjoy the outdoors together.
