Situated 5 minutes from Arcachon beach, this flat, on the 1st floor of a residence in the centre of town, offers you all the comfort you need to put down your suitcases and enjoy everything on foot for a truly relaxing and serene holiday!
Fully equipped, it can comfortably accommodate 3 people. What's more, its 12 m² semi-sheltered terrace means you can relax from breakfast to dinner.
Here's what Pause Bassin has to offer:
- A beautiful living room with sofa bed, armchair and flat-screen TV.
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (fridge, induction hob, small 4-person dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, rectangular table, 4 chairs).
- One bedroom with double bed, wardrobes and hanging space.
- Bathroom with shower, vanity unit, washing machine and towel rail.
- Separate WC.
Big plus in season: a parking space completes this accommodation! (approx. 400 m from the accommodation, 3 min walk, right next to the market, electrically operated with beeper) PLEASE NOTE: this parking space is not suitable for large cars such as SUVs or estate cars.

You are in the heart of all the shops, Leclerc 200m Boulevard de la plage, restaurants and bars on the seafront, the famous market 5mn away, the Thiers jetty for shuttle departures to Cap Ferret, Ile aux oiseaux, the must-see Parc Mauresque, the Dune du Pyla, not forgetting the oyster huts around the port of La Teste, the port of Gujan.... La Pause Bassin "Un séjour idéal pour quelques jours à Arcachon. L’appartement est en plein centre, ce qui est parfait pour tout faire à pied (je n’avais pas de voiture). La gare est à 7 min à pied. Le vrai plus pour moi qui ne partait que quelques jours, fut les différentes prestations en plus comme le linge de lit, de toilettes, quelques dosettes de café, le parasol de plage et même quelques pastilles de lave linge et lave vaisselle.
Le seul petit bémol est l’insonorisation qui est plutôt moyenne."

🙂 L’appartement est très confortable. Il est très bien situé en plein centre ville et à proximité de la plage. Il est propre et accueillant avec une décoration soignée.
🙁 J’aurai souhaité pouvoir libérer l’appartement un peu plus tard que l’horaire de 10 heures"

🙂 L'emplacement est parfait avec la plage très proche ainsi que le centre-ville. Pas besoin de voiture sauf si excursions en dehors d'Arcachon. Le départ des bateaux est également à moins de 5mns.
Malgré L'emplacement l'appartement est très calme.
Il est parfait avec une belle terrasse et l'équipement est complet.
Appartement très propre
🙁 Quand il ne fait pas beau il peut être un peu sombre.
L'information est bien indiquée mais il ne faut pas une grosse voiture pour le parking associé au logement. Si gros 4/4 besoin de plusieurs manœuvres"

La propreté de l'appartement ainsi que ses équipements. Les petites attentions comme les produits présents dans la salle de bain, le nécessaire pour faire la vaisselle( éponge, liquide vaisselle, tablettes lave vaisselle et tablettes pour la machine à laver).
🙁 Le manque de luminosité car l'appartement est au premier étage. Les oreillers étaient un peu plats à mon goût et la couette un peu fine"

La Pause Bassin "🙂 Appartement très bien situé proche du centre et de la plage. Heureusement qu'une place pour stationner est prévue dans un petit parking souterrain, sinon c'est la galère pour se garer.
Bonne qualité de matelas, même le canapé lit ou des adultes ont dormi.
Tout est pensé pour y préparer des repas, quelques condiments, vaisselle, four, grand frigo congélateur...
La terrasse est appréciée aussi.
La douche est spacieuse.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
🙁 Petit point négatif : Le mobilier sur la terrasse était couvert de pollen, il a fallu tout nettoyer avec l'éponge à vaisselle en arrivant...
Plus embêtant : Les couettes sont très légères, il faudrait mettre des plaids à disposition.
Les oreillers sont de mauvaise qualité.
Nous avons un sommeil léger, nous avons dû mettre des bouchons d'oreilles pour dormir dans le canapé car le frigo est bruyant."

🙂 The flat was very well equipped. The shower is very nice and new, and the kitchen is very fully equipped. It was very spacious for two people and having a large balcony with a clothes airer makes it easy for us to dry our beachwear as we were in the water every day. The bedroom was also very cosy with fairly black-out curtains.
The location is superb with the beach only a few minutes walk and a supermarket and many restaurants less than a minute from the flat.
🙁 The parking was not at the residential area, and was near the market. That area was blocked for two days of our stay which made it near impossible to park our car there and we didn't use the car for a day because of the road blocks."

Pero a la vez la calle es muy tranquila y sin ruido.
Se ajusta a lo que se ve en las fotos.
Nosotros no usamos la terraza, pero tiene un buen tamaño y seguro que en verano se agradece.
La cocina esta muy bien equipada.
🙁 El garaje no esta donde el apartamento, sino a 5 minutos andando. Y para un coche grande va un poco justo."

🙂 Appartement très bien situé, entre la mer et la gare, confortable, très bien équipé. Très calme pour les vacances de printemps. Un parking à disposition, ce qui est un très gros plus, vu le prix des parkings à Arcachon.
🙁 Les photos du site montrent un appartement très lumineux ce qui est l'inverse. Cet appartement est sombre, on n'y voit pas le soleil. Mais c'est peut être un plus, lors de très grosses chaleurs en plein été. Beaucoup de vis à vis quand on est sur la terrasse."

🙂 J’ai apprécié cet appartement car tout était très bien avec beaucoup d’attentions. Il y avait tout ce qu’il faut à mon arrivée:
Gel douche, Papier toilette ,Capsule de Cafe, Thé etc…
j’ai aussi apprécié l’emplacement au Centre de ville, facile d’accès, Le parquet au sol, la terrasse.
🙁 Je n’ai pas beaucoup aimé la présence de beaucoup de moustiques (on est en octobre ..et l’odeur dans l’appartement ( humidité ou ..) j’ai été obligée d’acheter des produits anti-l’odeur. Enfin ll n’y a pas assez de lumière dans la journée.."

🙂 L appartement est très bien situé en centre ville , très proche de la plage,des commerces et restaurants.
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, l appartement est très agréable et confortable.
Très bon accueil.
🙁 La seule remarque sur l appartement, c'est qu'il n'y a pas de marche pour accéder à la terrasse qui réduirait la hauteur pour l accès du séjour à l extérieur."

Très bon séjour
Très agréable appartement à Arcachon, idéalement placé, entre la plage et le centre à deux pas du casino et proches des commerces. Endroit très calme, avec une petite terrasse. Un seul bémol, l'appartement est un peu sombre, mais nous avons passé notre temps dehors!
