Fully equipped, it can comfortably accommodate 3 people. Moreover, its 12 m² semi-sheltered terrace will allow you to enjoy the peace and quiet of your breakfasts and dinners.

- A bathroom with shower, washbasin, washing machine, towel dryer.
- Separate toilet.

Big plus in season: a parking space completes this accommodation! (at about 400 m from the accommodation, 3 min walk, just next to the market, electric opening with beep) ATTENTION this place does not allow to park big cars!

You are in the heart of all the shops, Leclerc at 200m Boulevard of the beach, restaurants and bars in front of the sea, the famous market at 5mn, the Thiers pier for the departures of shuttles towards the Cap Ferret, the island to the birds, the visit impossible to circumvent of the Park Mauresque, the Dune of Pyla, without forgetting the huts with oysters around the port of La Teste, the port of Gujan....
