Carnac - appartement 3 pièces 54m²

Lors de notre sélection sur votre site Abritel il était clairement indiqué dans la rubrique Services et équipements : Wifi disponible dans l'appartement.Or il n'en était rien.Si nous voulions l'utiliser il fallait débourser 39 de plus pour une semaine.Cette information erronée a fait l'objet d'un échange tendu avec Square Habitat.

Nous souhaitons préciser que l’annonce Abritel mentionne bien le wifi comme disponible, ce qui signifie qu’une solution peut être proposée, mais sans que le service soit inclus. Par ailleurs, la grille tarifaire détaillant les prestations optionnelles et leurs coûts vous avait été transmise avant votre arrivée.
