Situé au Hameau des Sources, à environ 800 m de l'hyper centre du MONT DORE.
Beau chalet mitoyen de 65m² qui se compose comme suit:
Au rez-de-chaussée: entrée, cuisine US équipée (y compris lave vaisselle), séjour comprenant un couchage 2 personnes (canapé clic clac), ouvrant sur une agréable terrasse, une salle d'eau (douche) avec lave linge et sèche linge, WC indépendant.
A l'étage, 2 chambres: une avec un lit 2 personnes, une avec deux lits une personne, une salle d'eau avec WC.
Salon de jardin, chaises longues. Local à skis.
Parking privé (accès du parking en hiver peut-être délicat voir non accéssible)
Navette gratuite pour accès aux pistes à 500 mètres.
Location pour 6 personnes maximum

Au calme, A proximité du centre ville, Repas sur la terrasse: reposant

Accueil : récupération et remise des clés dans la boîte faciles et équipe Agence Coudard disponible. Équipement suffisant pour cuisiner simplement et mobilier très simple mais fonctionnel. Environnement parfait dans la nature tout en étant à proximité de la ville.

Logement chaleureux en dépit d'une décoration très moche. Bien équipé avec lave-linge et lave-vaisselle Literie de 140 dans une chambre : c'est dommage en 2021 !! Propreté un peu limite de la vaisselle et des couvertures

Location agréable, avec sa terrasse nous avons presque fait tout nos repas dehors. Le chalet est bien placé prêt du centre ville. Beaucoup d'activités dans le secteur à faire en famille, je recommande.
