A renovated bathroom is also available, featuring a vanity sink and a washing machine, as well as a separate toilet.

The fully equipped kitchen includes storage cabinets, an induction cooktop, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a double sink, and a dishwasher. It also features a table with four chairs for family meals. The spacious and inviting living room features two fixed sofas, a coffee table, and a TV. A sunroom with storage cabinets offers additional space to enjoy the natural light.

Outside, you can relax on the approximately 200 m² terrace, which includes a seating area and a garden table with matching chairs, all surrounded by a flower-filled garden with two lounge chairs for soaking up the sun.
