This beautiful apartment is located in a stunning location, St Clair Beach or "The Pearl" and is in prestige condition. The apartment is literally 50 metres away from one of the most beautiful beaches in the area. The access to the beach is made directly from the garden, as are the local shops, restaurants, private beaches and bar. The apartment itself is located on the ground floor of a charming residence with private and secure parking. It has recently been renovated to the highest standards which include ; high speed internet , air conditioning , flat screen TV with satellite and DVD player , fully equipped state of the art kitchen including dish washer , oven , induction cooking plates , toaster , kettle ,, cutlery etc . A WEBER barbecue is located in the garden as well as sun lounges and a direct access to the brand new tennis court . The garden terrace is a haven of peace. South facing, it's perfect for relaxing in the sun or enjoying lovely meals and barbecues. This charming apartment comes with a beautiful fully equipped bathroom including a power shower and new washing machine.

The bedroom includes a king size bed with a dressing table and bedside tables along with a sliding closet with plenty of space , a window and mirror .

The inside includes a fold out settee for two, a flat screen HDTV, DVD, satellite access, internet access, CD alarm, and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen offers an oven grill, electric cooking plates, fridge-freezer, micro-wave, coffee machine and NESPRESSO machine. All necessary cutlery is provided.

The garden terrace includes a thick table with four chairs and a sun shade. Also a barbecue is provided. There are four sun lounges with mattresses.

There is a brand new tennis court (front), and to the rear of the building is located the parking areas as well as the clothes lines. Also, to the rear of the building is access to your local grocery shop (English papers etc).

The entrance to the property is secured by an electric gate.

The apartment is 50metres from the beach, 100 metres from the shop and 100 metres from the restaurants.

Above all the main attraction is that the car is not needed due to it's amazing location. If your sporty it's ideal. A brand new tennis court is available. Biking is great due to the wealth of paths and tracks as is jogging. The bay offers great wind surfing and surfing. Swimming and diving are also on your doorstep. The nearest golf course is 20mins away by car. If your after a peaceful, effortless holiday everything is catered for with several great restaurants only a stone throw away, as well as all of the above. You will also appreciate the calmness of the terrace ideal for reading or just relaxing in the sun.

The apartment is located in St clair which is part of the commune of the Lavandou. Le Lavandou is 40mins away from St Tropez and 40mins away from Toulon by car. Le Lavandou is a charming Provencale town located 15 mins away by foot.

A great apartment in an unbeatable location

Merci Sandrie. We spent a brilliant week at this apartment in St Clair in August. Everything was just as described and the whole place was clean and extremely comfortable. If anything, the apartment was a little bigger than we were expecting and there was plenty of room for my husband and I and our two daughters aged 12 and 14, who shared the sofa bed, which was new and a really good size. Both beds were extremely comfortable (something I am very particular about!). The power shower was also excellent and the wifi and airconditioning (both essential) worked well. We didn’t do any cooking or washing, but the apartment is equipped with everything you need, including an airer (useful for drying towels and swimming costumes) and a hair dryer. There were also a couple of bicycles (which we didn’t use) and tennis rackets (which we did use). It was lovely to sit outside and eat breakfast on the terrace, under the shade of the awning. Although it is just a 2 minute walk to the beautiful sandy beach and restaurants, we felt very safe and relaxed here – the entrance to the property is secure so you feel a world away from the hustle and bustle of the beach front, there are plenty of parking spaces and everybody seems to show respect for the neighbours in terms of keeping noise to a minimum. The beauty of St Clair is that you can come here and have a holiday to suit your style and budget – with plenty of free beach space and also managed beaches… We ended up choosing Le 5 beach (very friendly and welcoming) but it’s a good idea to book your place on the beach in advance, particularly at the height of summer. We also went to Sunsea beach for a couple of lunches (we are more Michelin than McDonald’s in style but we enjoyed really great quality “proper” burgers here, cooked rare). Of the local restaurants we tried for dinner, the best in terms of quality/price were Bistr’eau Ryon & Chez Regis at St Clair and L’Auberge Provencale in Le Lavandou.
