Ground floor: Living room with lounge area opening onto the pool, open-plan fitted kitchen, separate WC with washbasin. Heated swimming pool open year-round, reserved for guests of the gîte, accessible via a small entrance hall with shower room and WC. (4.5m x 3m and 1.35m deep) Upstairs: Bedroom (1 double bed 160x200cm), shower room and WC, Bedroom (2 single beds 90x190cm), bathroom. As its name suggests: a true paradise, tucked away at the end of a lane, in a verdant setting. It's a real gem with its own private heated pool (28°C)! Jocelyne and Gilles, the lovely, discreet, attentive, and helpful owners, will give you a warm welcome. Just 300 meters away, stroll along the Ille-et-Rance Canal. And if you enjoy shopping, Rennes is only a 15-minute drive away – shopping galore! 15 km from Rennes, cozy cottage with private pool.

Parfait!

Une location qui a dépassé nos attentes. Tout a été parfait. La literie etait tellement confortable que l'on va commander le même matelas pour chez nous. Rien à redire. La piscine etait des plus agréable et le logement magnifiquement décoré. On s'y sent comme chez soi. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse lors de notre accueil.
