The house is comfortable and quiet, and comes as pictured. With a car it is very convenient to many places in Hyeres.However, we felt shortchanged regarding some of the everyday amenities like toilet paper and towels for the pool or even for the pool.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Alles wie angegeben. Sehr gute Kommunikation. Ich konnte alle Fragen stellen und Sie wurden schnell beantwortet :)Einzig die Betten müssten erneuert werden. Die waren für uns leider nicht soo bequem. Die Couch könnte für 6 Personen doch gerne etwas größer sein.

Superbe maison , on a passé 10 jours là haut avec ma femme et mon enfant de 2 ans et demi, la maison est comme sur la photo, maison tranquille dans un endroit calme , tout ce qu’il faut sur place .Encore merci aux hôtes toujours à l’écoute et si besoin répondent rapidement ,Voilà si on doit repartir dans les coins on retournera chez vous sans hésitez .

Villa tranquille et parfaitement équipée, à deux pas de la géniale presqu'île de Giens

Parfaitement placée à Hyères (proche du vieux centre-ville, d'hypermarchés et des magnifiques plages de la presqu'île de Giens - L'Almanarre et La Bergerie -), tout en restant au calme (aucune perturbation issue de l'autoroute) dans une propriété sécurisée, cette villa offre un confort idéal pour des vacances en famille : - un espace de vie au rez-de-chaussée bien aménagé, à la fois pour pouvoir cuisiner (matériel complet) et profiter du salon (Jeux Olympiques à la TV !) - des chambres isolées à l'étage - une salle de bain avec choix (douche ou bain) - un équipement complet pour le loisir (pergola, salon extérieur, piscine) : le lieu est encore plus agréable que ne le laisse supposer les photos, car le coin piscine est entourée d'une route qu'on ne devine pas (sans aucun passage ou presque) et les maisons alentoures ont leur jardin tourné de l'autre côté par rapport à notre piscine. Les propriétaires ont été extrêmement réactifs à une double panne presque simultanée (machine à laver et robot de piscine) : dès le lendemain, tout était remis en ordre! Plus largement, un grand merci à Thierry et Mireille pour leur accueil chaleureux (avec quelques mignardises délicieuses), leur disponibilité, leur discrétion et nos échanges. Seul bémol : on s'est emmêlés les pinceaux avec les passages prévus des poubelles... gardées quelques temps à l'extérieur! Marchant tous les jours, j'ai pu profiter d'un environnement naturel exceptionnel (bords de mer aménagés, collines environnantes).

Perfektes Haus - Perfekte Terrasse mit Pool

Wir verbrachten einen herrlichen Urlaub im Haus von Mireille und Thierry. Der Empfang durch beide war sehr nett und freundlich. Das Haus bietet sämtlichen Komfort, sowohl im Innenbereich als auch im Außenbereich. Das Internet läuft sehr schnell und stabil. (Glasfaser) Besonders toll fanden wir die Ruhe im Wohngebiet und die gefühlte Sicherheit darin. Der Zugang zum Wohngebiet erfolgt durch ein stets verschlossenes automatisches Rolltor fürs Auto bzw. Tor für Fußgänger. Das Haus verfügt über einen privaten, abgeschlossenen Stellplatz für Auto und Fahrräder. Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette villa avec 3 adolescents. La villa correspond exactement aux photos publiées sur le site. Aucune surprise. Si, mais des bonnes! 😉On se sent comme à la maison mais en vacances, c’est top! Villa extrêmement bien équipée, il y a juste à poser ses valises, cadre parfait! Sublime villa

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette magnifique villa. Le propriétaire est très gentil, disponible et donne des bons conseils pour passer de bonnes vacances. La villa est très bien équipée, cela permet de passer de très belles journées sur les bords de la piscine qui est parfaite. L'environ est très calme et sûre, les plages, commerces, visites sont à quelques minutes de route. Je recommande cette location
