Villa Du Tour is a spacious house with a large swimming pool, set in a private location with panoramic mountain views. The house is located on the outside of the village of Serdinya in the foothills of the Pyrenees. The villa is the ideal location / base for lovers of the sun, walking, hiking, skiing (in the winter months) and history - the surrounding area abounds in historic monastries and priories and is steeped in Cathar and Catalan history. The area has numerous footpaths and hiking trails some of which start from the villa.

The Villa has three large bedrooms, two with french windows onto the sun terrace and a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The spacious lounge / dining room has a vaulted ceiling and opens onto a sun terrace ideal for sunbathing and outdoor entertainment - a wonderful place for eating al fresco. Here you can also relax and admire the mountain views.

The "Petit Train Jaune" (the little yellow train) is a very popular tourist attraction that takes passengers up the valley and can be seen and heard, with its friendly "toot toot whistle" from the grounds of the villa.

Villa Du Tour is ideal for large families or groups of friends who wish to explore the region and its many attractions. Serdinya is a quiet village with a beautiful church and small village shop and cafe which has a wonderful sun terrace with stunning views of the Canigou Mountain, a perfect place to enjoy lunch.

In keeping with Vrbo's declaration policy, please note surveillance devices are present at this property but are only used for security purposes when the property is unoccupied. All security cameras are switched off when the property is occupied. These devices are only located in the following locations
1) outside terraces (but not covering the lower pool terrace nor pool)
2) in the main hall way, covering the front and kitchen doors
For further peace of mind security recordings do not leave the property as they are held and locked in a secure part of the property.
