The condo was clean, comfortable and well appointed. The balcony was nice and had a good view of the ocean. It is in close proximity to many restaurants and shopping. We especially liked Fubar and we were able to watch our football team play there on Sunday and they have reasonable prices. Communication was good with Whitley, and she responded right away to any questions. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay there!

We traveled with 2 adults, 2 young adults, and one toddler! Great place, great location. Beach access was super nice and a nice pool as well. We did have to wait on elevators quite a bit, but that’s every busy condominium. Location was great, not too crowded on the beach. Food and Fun close by!

This was the best stay! The condo has easy, close, parking. Keypad entry made 'check-in' easy. The walkout to the beach was the closest and shortest I've had. Beach service was such a wonderful perk.

This condo was just right for our group of four. We loved the location and how close it was to the beach. The pool was clean and the chairs and loungers were nice. Very nice having my car in a garage the whole time. The building was clean and well care for. We loved how quiet it was in the condo and around the area. We will come back.

Perfect Stay

We had a perfect stay here with easy access to parking, pool and beach. Benefit of having a restaurant right beside the property for easy first and last night meals, other restaurants right down the street as well. This area was also a lot less crowded than previous stays on 30A which made it even more enjoyable.

Spacious quiet and clean

Super clean and fun beach decor in this spacious well stocked condo. We fit 5 people very comfortably and enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. Another relaxing stay at FWB is in the books.

Great condo and location

The condo was exactly what we were looking for. A great place to stay with the kids and close enough to everything else. The beach was clean and the included umbrella and chairs were awesome. I would definitely recommend staying here. Check in and out was a breeze and the communication was great.

Great Okaloosa Stay!

This property is a real gem on Okaloosa Island! Well appointed unit with everything you could possibly need during your stay, the in unit washer and dryer was a luxury to have. Great location, easy to get to from the airport and located on the quiet side of the island with gorgeous sunset views. If you're looking for some adult R & R this is the place!! Really enjoyed the included beach service too :).

We really enjoyed our stay, we went for my husband's birthday, we hope to return in the future, it has a very nice view of the gulf, it is a very quiet place with all the amenities, the bathrooms include a hairdryer, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, they have beach towels and beach toys for children, in the kitchen they have everything you need, all kinds of cutlery, blender, coffee maker, dish soap, toaster, everything in very good condition, I highly recommend this place. the place looks exactly the same as in the photos on the page.

Absolutely Heaven!

This place was perfect! It had everything advertised and then some! The entire process was easy and totally stress free. Whitley is an amazing hostess and we will recommend her place to everyone. My kids were safe and comfortable and the people in the building were all helpful and friendly. Five stars all around!

Nice stay

This stay was nice only promblem we have is the condo is in need of a very deep clean. The baseboards and walls were dirty and being charged a cleaning fee I feel like the condo should be very well clean. We probably will not stay here again only because the beds were very uncomfortable. Over all a decent place on the beach and good location.

Thank you for your review. Because of your feedback, I have purchased new mattresses. While I hope every guest's stay is as comfortable as possible, some guests have different preferences. I will be working with my cleaners to address any shortcomings of cleanliness.

Vacay

We had a good week. The condo was perfect for myself, spouse and another couple. It was decorated so cute. Loved it. Only thing we would suggest would be to add or update cookware. We ended up buying a pan to cook with at Walmart. The only downfall to the whole trip was the building itself only had one working elevator. We stayed mid July, very busy a lot of people were there & spent some time waiting to get on. Overall would definitely recommend to others.

Suoer Clean Condo in a great location.

This property is super clean and on the 6th floor. The view was absolutely amazing.Shopping,resteraunts and groceries were very close. The pool was very nice and the beach was the prettiest I've ever seen. Both of those were steps away from the Condo. There are chairs and umbrellas at the beach that u have access to. It is 1st come 1st serve. In order to reserve you must pay 15$ a day. Its still worth it.The host waa very eaay to get a hold of and very nice. I definitely would stay here again

Thank you for your review and bringing up the beach service. I contacted the company to clarify. The service is free to my guests and guarantees two chairs and an umbrella every day. The fee you mentioned is only charged if you would like to have the same spot reserved for your whole stay.
