Lovely stay in Arta

The house was just right for the two of us. We loved the solarium and dipping pool and the location in the heart of Arta was just what we were looking for.

Cozy townhouse in center of Artà

Cozy house in the old part of town with beautiful views from the terrace. The town of Artà has a lot of charm and is a short drive away from beautiful beaches.

We had a great stay at Marias and Manolos house. We felt very comfortable. The house was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Our highlight was the roof terrace with the pool. We especially enjoyed the sunny breakfast and sundowner there. As the house is centrally located in Arta, we almost felt like locals when tourists passed by. The hosts were very kind and the check in was uncomplicated. We would love to come back.

Great Place to stay

It was a really nice stay, the house is great and good to be at even with 5 people. The contact with Maria and Manolo was also very fast and friendly and we had everything we needed. If you rent a car it’s really close to some nice beach spots. Thank you very much!

Es war alles super. Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern, man hat alles was man braucht. Der Parkplatz liegt direkt um die Ecke und ist ebenfalls super. Die Lage in Arta ist toll, es ist selten mal laut man ist schnell in der Stadt oder auch schnell auf dem Weg wohin man möchte. Manolo und Maria sind super lieb, immer erreichbar und helfen gerne. Ganz tolle Gsstgeber ich kann es nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wir waren zu dritt da und es war fantastisch.

Eine woche Mallorca

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dem kleinen Stadthaus mitten in Artà. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man in der Innenstadt zum einkaufen und bummeln oder essen in den zahlreichen Restaurants in der Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war großartig. Freundlich und schnelle Antwort. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr authentische Unterkunft in einem schönen Ort

Das Haus liegt direkt in der Altstadt von Arta und besitzt einen Parkplatz,- was sehr wichtig ist. Es ist gut eingerichtet, hat mehrere Ebenen und ist im mallorquinischen Stil sehr schön gestaltet. Küchenutensilien, Handtücher und Decken sind großzügig vorhanden. Bei der Ankunft gab es im Haus Kaffee, Wein und ein paar Plätzchen, was eine nette Geste war. Wir waren viel auf der Dachterrasse, haben dort gegessen,den tollen Blick genossen und zwischendurch im Mini-Pool entspannt. Die Gastgeber waren immer erreichbar. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen 👍

Maison de charme - très beau village

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette maison en plein coeur d'Arta. La maison est très bien située à quelques minutes à pieds des commerces et restaurants tout en étant au calme. Elle est très propre, décorée avec soin, confortable et bien équipée. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner (barbecue sur la terrasse). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la petite piscine sur la terrasse qui permet de se rafraichir. La clim n'est disponible qu'à l'étage mais ce n'est pas gênant car la chambre du bas et le salon reste frais. Enfin la place de parking est très pratique. Très bonne communication avec Maria et Manolo. Très bon accueil avec une bouteille de vin et des biscuits typiquement mallorquin. Le village d'Arta est très agréable, de nombreux bons restaurants, des plages sauvages à 15 minutes en voiture, le parc naturel du llevant... Nous reviendrons! Gracias Maria y Manolo

Toller Familienurlaub

Wir haben einen herrlichen Familiensommerurlaub (07.-21.07.2024) verbracht. Bei dem Haus handelt es sich um ein wunderschönes Stadthaus in Artà, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Zentrum, Geschäften, Restaurants, dem Markt entfernt. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Es ist sehr charmant und im mallorquinischen Stil eingerichtet. Man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Wunderschön ist die Dachterrasse mit toller Sitzecke (dort haben wir immer gegessen) mit dem beeindruckenden Blick über die Dächer der Stadt. Der kleine Pool auf dem Dach lädt zu einer kurzen Abkühlung ein. Sehr vorteilhaft ist der Privatparkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die engen Gassen in der Stadt waren am Anfang eine Herausvorderung - mit einem großen Pkw kaum machbar. Für uns ein absolut perfekter Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus. Kann mir vorstellen, dass es nicht der letzte Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft gewesen ist. Zu empfehlen!!!

Tolle Lage, gemütliches Haus

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ruhig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und wir haben auf Englisch kommuniziert Praktisch war der eigene Parkplatz ein paar Meter entfernt. Es empfiehlt sich, einen nicht zu großen Wagen zu mieten, da die Gassen in Artà teilweise sehr eng sind - am besten einfach mal bei Google Streetview ein Bild davon machen. Über die SAT-Anlage kann man alle möglichen Sender empfangen und über das vorhandene Google Chromecast konnte man sein Smartphone streamen (es gibt ein TV im Wohnzimmer). Vermisst haben wir lediglich eine Sonnenliege auf der Dachterrasse und ein paar Gewürze in der Küche - sonst war alles alltägliche vorhanden. Wir (waren zu zweit) haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und empfanden die Größe der Unterkunft für uns als perfekt. Wir werden wiederkommen, denn Artà ist ein toller Ort, der nicht überlaufen ist - außer wenn Markt ist, aber auch der ist sehenswert.

Wieder ein wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal in dem Haus und haben uns wieder sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und die Kommunikation lief reibungslos ab. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, der Ortskern ist zu Fuß sehr schnell zu erreichen . In Arta gibt es alles, was man benötigt (Supermarkt, Bäckerei, Cafe, Restaurant). Im Haus fehlt es an nicht, was man zu einem perfekten Urlaub benötigt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

La maison est fantastique et très spacieuse. L’emplacement de la maison et du parking sont idéals. À noter que seul le dernier étage à la climatisation mais sinon tout est vraiment tip top. Nous recommandons vivement la maison de Maria et Manuel à Arta.

Ein super schönes Casa

mit einer tollen Gastgeberin, die mit Rat und vielen Tipps zur Seite steht. Sehr schöner Aussenbereich, den wir sehr genossen haben. Für eine Familie sehr gut geeignet, zwei Paare eher schwierig, da der obere Bereich keine Tür hat. Nichtsdestotrotz viel Raum in dem man sich aufhalten kann. Wer gerne kocht findet alles was es braucht in der Küche und draussen gibt es einen Grill. wirklich empfehlenswert!

schönes altes Haus mitten im Ort

Artá ist ein wunderbarer, kleiner Ort, fern vom üblichen Strand-Tourismus. Die ca. 100 Jahre alte Ferienwohnung wurde liebevoll restauriert, ist aber eher für max. 4 Personen geeignet. Der Swimming-Pool ist deutlich kleiner, als er auf dem Foto erscheint. Schwimmen kann man nicht, aber sich abkühlen. Check-In/Out problemlos, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Viele gute Restaurants und Lebensmittelläden im Umkreis zu Fuß. Einen Stellpaltz für ein Auto gibt es auch, der erweist sich als sehr wichtig, falls man einen Mietwagen hat.

Wunderbar, gemütlich und zentral

Schönbes Haus auf drei Ebenen mit teils offenen Zimmern. Es ist zentral gelegen und hat eine Terasse mit kleinem Pool und fantastischem Ausblick über Artà. Der Parkplatz liegt um die Ecke. Artà hat einen wunderschönen Stadtkern mit Restaurants, Shops und Sehenswürdigkeiten, die fußläufig erreichbar sind. Verschiedenste Strände und Touriorte in 15 min. mit Auto erreichbar. Perfekt für uns als vierköpfige Familie mit zwei Kindern. Danke Manolo für die unkomplizierte Abwicklung und den wunderschönen Aufenthalt!

Superbe vacances !!

Tout était parfait ! La maison correspond parfaitement à l'annonce, elle est située dans un endroit calme ça fait du bien. Petite piscine vue sur les hauteurs après une journée à la plage c'est magique ! Rien à dire je recommande vivement, les hôtes sont très à l'écoute disponible et gentils.

Über den Dächern von Arta

Wir haben eine schöne Woche in mitten in Arta mit unseren Kindern in diesem urigen Haus in der Altstadt verbracht. Durch die Gassen abends noch einmal hoch zur Burg oder zu den Restaurants war immer noch ein Abendspaziergang wert. Toll war natürlich die Dachterrasse, wo man abends gut die Sterne beobachten konnte! Die Abwicklung war unkompliziert, die Gastgeber schnell bei der Kontaktaufnahme und allem und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten die Klimaanlage trotz sommerlicher Temperaturen nicht einmal anmachen müssen! Praktisch war auch der Parkplatz nur ein paar Meter weiter. Ein schöner Ort für Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu verschiedenen Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten! Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber Maria und Manolo!
