Although the apartment is reached by elevator, once inside, the apartment is on 2 levels.
Upstairs is 2 bedrooms which Includes double bed in one room and 2 single beds in the other.
A cot is available on request.

Great place to stay

Had a great stay for the Fringe Festival. Bob is a great host, apartment clean and tidy and has everything you need and just a 2 minute walk to bus stop to get in to town

Amazing Hospitality

The location was great, the property perfect for our family of 4 (2 teens/2adults). The best part of the stay was the kind and caring host. He was prompt in all of his communications, met us at the property for check-in, showed us the flat and answered any question we had.

Perfect place

Super base to explore Edinburgh

Great apartment, fully equipped and spotlessly clean, in a quiet location. Ideal for exploring Edinburgh as there are several bus routes that take you to the centre in 20 minutes. Shops nearby and free parking as well. Very friendly and helpful host. Would definitely book again.

Exactly as advertised. Only a short bus ride to city centre and with parking nearby. Walkable to Murrayfield, groceries and Fountain Park for any other needs.

Very clean well equipped and quirky apartment which provides a good base for visiting Edinburgh

This is a very clean well equipped and quirky apartment which is a good base for visiting Edinburgh. It's a duplex and is surprisingly spacious. Its a 25 minute walk into Edinburgh centre but the route takes you along streets lined with excellent restaurant and eatery choices. Very helpful owner. Had a really good stay.

Great apartment, great location

A comfortable apartment with everything you need. Good views and quiet location but 1 min walk to bus stop that has buses to city centre every 5 mins. It was perfect for our family of four's visit to the fringe festival.

Nice apt, conveniently near seveal bus lines, a bank, stores. Bob helped us get set up and oriented

Clean, well supplied, washing machine. N ear bus lines, bank, grocery. Nice park in front. Bob left a detailed summary of amenities and things to do/see in Edinburgh. He made sure we were all set before he left, he also helped us print tickets and gave advice on parking. We'd definitely go there again

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und ist ruhig gelegen. Gleich ums Eck sind 2 Haltestellen mit vielen Verbindungen nach Haymarket oder gleich ins Zentrum. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und reagiert schnell auf Mails!

zentrale Wohnung mit sehr gut ausgestatteter Küche direkt am Park

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben eingerichtet. Sie ist über einen Fahrstuhl bequem zu erreichen. Sie befindet sich auf zwei Ebenen, die Schlafzimmer sind im oberen Bereich. Alles war sehr sauber. Von einem Schlafzimmer hat man sogar einen Blick auf die Burg. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Wohnbereich hätten wir uns über einen Esstisch gefreut, leider mussten wir zu dritt an einem kleinen Ikea Klapptisch essen, hatten dafür aber eine gute Sicht auf den angrenzenden kleinen Park. Im Wohnzimmer hängen auch Aktbilder, die sicher nicht jedermanns Sache sind. Die Verkehrsanbindung in die Innenstadt und zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten ist optimal, die Bushaltestelle liegt quasi vor der Haustür.Die Busse fahren sehr häufig. Bob hat uns freundlich empfangen, alles war unkompliziert.
