Such a great little spot! The studio feels cozy, super comfy bed and heated bathroom floor. Loved having Netflix and Disney for downtime, and the backyard was perfect to relax. Easy walk to downtown, and even though it’s a basement you only hear the occasional footsteps upstairs. Overall, a charming, well‑done space that made our trip easy and enjoyable.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The studio feels cozy and has a nice mix of old charm and modern updates. The bed was super comfy, and the heated bathroom floor was a great touch. The living area was perfect for relaxing, with a big TV and plenty of streaming options. The small kitchen had what I needed to cook simple meals, and the backyard was a lovely spot to sit outside.
Cute and clean property...convenient location...liked being able to walk across the street to Westside Drive-In...only thing that can be improved was a better corkscrew for wine drinkers like us.

The property was nice for a quick 2-night stay and in a nice quaint neighborhood. If you're planning on sleeping on the sofa-bed it is not the most comfortable in the world but also not the worst. It was a great stay overall.
We had a short overnight stay here and it met all our needs. Listing is reflective of what you will find. Delightfully surprised at the beautiful neighborhood it is located in. What character the homes have there. Be sure to make the walk, bike ride or short drive to the Hyde Park area too!

We enjoyed the patio and the convenience of the location to visit neighboring friends. We didnt care to much for the bathroom door. Overall do able for what we needed
Very cute. All inclusive. I rented top and bottom unit and it was great. Couldn't hear anything in between units. Very private. Easy walk to cute shops and great breakfast place..."Verify" Also downtown "Bacon" was fantastic too!

Basement apartments can be a gamble, but this one was clean, cozy, and still got plenty of light. The location is quiet and residential but very convenient for getting to downtown easily. One night there were no tenants above me and it was great. The second night there were tenants and I could hear everything they said and every step they took. If you're a light sleeper, use the white noise machine and bring earplugs.

This was an excellent VRBO, with everything we needed for a fun mother/daughter weekend. The space is well thought-out, with a great sitting area with large TV with numerous streaming options, sleeping space with queen bed, and a cute little kitchenette with all the tools we could think of for simple meals and good coffee. :-) Bathroom with a huge shower and heated floors (!) was perfect, and even a washer and dryer. We don't know Boise well, but we were able to get around very easily from this central location (have to come back to try Westside Drive-In). Very clean and secure, and easy to access. Thank you!

Nice but not great
You get what you pay for at 60 a night. Photographer did a great job. As an example, he light in kitchen was a lamp on top of the refrigerator. Bathroom and W/D were the best thing about the studio. Bed extra firm. For a couple nights, it’s ok. Long term stay was uncomfortable for me. Property owners responsive to any requests.

Prompt response and good customer service. Located in a good area and close to downtown. Small but perfect space for two people.
Clean place. Overall a very good experience.
Good deal for the money. Good location (~20 walk to downtown, nice neighborhood). Responsive property management. Never met upstairs, separated tenants but no complaints.
Very clean, comfortable, and convenient location. Highly recommend. But bring earplugs as the heater, upstairs tenant noise may disturb you during the night.
Enjoyed our stay here with our 4 year old twins. They slept on the sofa bed, which I would not recommend for adults, it was comfortable for the kids though!
This is an adorable house! Everything was very nice and the house was all set up! Great location if you want to be in Down town Boise. There is 1 bedroom with a bed big enough for 2 had a sofa bed in the living room that could sleep two also. Located on a quiet street!!
My sister and I had a great stay at this property! It was clean, cute, and a great location. It had all the amenities!
