Completed in 2020, our custom designed retreat was built to maximize the incredible scenery of Bear Lake and provide the perfect opportunity for memorable family experiences. Tucked into the side of the Rocky Mountains, with amazing views of the blue Bear Lake, you will make lasting memories staying with family and friends at Big Pine Lake House. Our house can sleep 30 with 8 bedrooms (1 bunk room), 7 bathrooms, bonus room, has 2 gathering rooms, and a covered deck with a lake view that provides a beautiful backdrop for your family getaway. The large kitchen is equipped with a double oven, large dining table, 11 foot breakfast bar, drinking fountain and 2 refrigerators/freezers. Outdoor eating space with lake views and another deck off the back of the home with a large grill. Enjoy the sport court provided with equipment with pickleball and basketball hoop.

Very nice place to stay. Everything was as represented. The views are beautiful. The beds and amenities were excellent. It would be a perfect 5 except for the WIFI was inconsistent affecting the ability to work remote. Great memories made on this trip!

This was the first time we’ve heard that kind of concern, and we’re actively looking into it. We use the best equipment and service available in the area and typically haven’t had issues. That said, we know weekend usage and higher guest volume can sometimes impact performance, and we’re doing what we can to optimize that. Thanks again for the helpful feedback and for staying with us!

This house is beautiful and was just the perfect size for our family. We loved the grassy area for corn hole and we especially enjoyed playing on the pickleball court. The house was stocked very well also. We did encounter quite a few spiders though, especially in the basement. Over all we really enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to booking in the future.

Family Gathering

This is an excellent property. Everything is highly organized and accessible. The sports court was enjoyed, as well as the large yard. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, utensils, equipment, and pans. The patio is amazing with gorgeous views.

This was our 4th year that we have enjoyed using this property. It is a spacious home with 7 individual bedrooms, 4 private bathrooms and 3 additional full bathrooms to accommodate our family. The living room area accommodated us comfortably. The pickleball/basketball court and spacious lawn made for a lot of active recreation. This home is perfect for any family reunion.

2025 Family Reunion

Perfect for Large groups
