Korowai Beach House-Great Location

Our lovely two storied holiday home is so close to the beach, sunny and comfortable. There is everything you need for a relaxing stay. A great sunny deck for lazy evening BBQs. The area is very quiet and safe. We have an outside room attached to a lockable single garage, the room has a table tennis table.
Mount Maunganui is one of the North Island's premier holiday locations with a stunning sandy beach that stretches for miles.
There are many facilities available close by: at the end of our road is a dairy, cafe, and takeaways, with Bayfair mall just a short walk away. The main Mount beach with its magic hot salt water pools and array of restaurants is just a 10 minute drive away. The Bay of Plenty provides a host of entertainment and holiday options to keep everyone entertained in both summer and winter.

NOTE: Under Kiwi Bach tradition you are asked to: Clean and tidy the house and empty the dishwasher before you leave.(if there is time) Cleaning products are provided. We can provide options for cleaning and linen hireage , just let us know. Thanks!
PLEASE REMEMBER to bring your own linen :sheets, pillowcases , towels. if this is your preferred option and clean the house to a good standard on your departure if this is also also your option.
We ask due to health and safety concerns we do not allow EV charging at the property. There are plenty of charging stations nearby at the Bayfair Centre

From start to finish this has been a fabulous booking. The hosts communication was spot on and made me feel comfortable to ask any questions. The house was perfect for our needs as a family, great location for exploring Mount Maunganui and other areas a bit further afield a bonus with the shopping centre just down the road too. And as said in the listing the beach is 2 mins away and what a beach, (we love a sunset/sunrise photo). Would recommend this lovely house and hosts to yone looking to spend time.in this area. Many thanks.for helping make this trip one to remember.

Great Spot to Stay

The house is great for groups. We appreciated having a place to lock our bikes and we loved it was close to the beach. It has everything you need. We will go back again for sure.

Weekend away

Great location, the house was ideal for myself and three friends who were in town for a sports event at the nearby arena. The house had everything that we needed and we enjoyed a few drinks in the afternoon sun on the deck, thanks.

Great location to beach and amenities

Had a relaxing 5 night stay at this private, sunny, warm and spacious home. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Enjoyed the outdoor deck when it wasnt raining. 2 min drive to Bayfair, coffee a 2 min walk and the beach just around the corner at the end of the main road.

Beautiful homely feel with the family

We had a fantastic stay! Chris and Greg were great to deal with—friendly and helpful throughout. The house was well presented, in a great location, and had everything we needed. Instructions were clear, making it very easy to access the property. The fun selection of games was a great touch and perfect for the whole family. Highly recommend and will certainly check availability in future when we next visit the Mount!

Spacious home in a great location

An excellent sized house with four bedrooms, within a short walk of the beach and also Bayfair shopping centre, driveway and gate for secure parking and a nice decked area with bbq. Nice and clean throughout and we enjoyed our stay! Thanks guys for accommodating us! Chad Leah and family

4 bedrooms

We needed a 4 bedroom house, position was close to beach for morning walks and coffee at George’s a much closer cafe nearby as well. In the mall, close by, was an excellent Vietnamese restaurant. Only 1 bathroom but it worked for us, only negative was we paid for sheets that were awful quality and polyester fabric, they had pills on them due to age and poor quality. I advise you to take your own, but we were flying in so paid the extra for them, one person took their own. House was close to Stadium where we were attending an event for 9 days. We left the house clean and tidy and were respectful tenants..

Thank you for your review .We thought we may get a comment about linen as this group earlier had asked about thread counts and quality . In over 12 years of hosting we have not ever had any complaints about our linen we supply as an option. This group obviously enjoyed our fantastic location. Our only negative was that they put the wrong key in the lock box then failed to lock it leaving the house unsecure.

Conveniently close to the beach

This place served all our purposes - close to beach, great use of space and had everything we needed but super close to Bayfair and takeaways. Very tidy and easy to keep that way.
