Modern three bedroom house, situated in quiet cul-de-sac with large deck and entertaining area with shade sail and outdoor lighting. Fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences, Heat pump to keep you toasty and warm in winter. Separate shower and bath in bathroom. Laundry facilities in garage. Large smart tv with freeview and wifi .2 min walk to beach. Large hooded gas barbeque. Plenty of parking for boats and cars. Walking distance to town, restaurants and cafes.

Whitianga offers spectacular beaches with the following activities available: Boating, Biking, Diving, Fishing, Kayaking, Swimming, Golf, Tennis, Bowls, Horse Riding, Seven minute walk to The Lost Spring hot pools and much more.

Everything you need in a home was available. Great location. Buffalo beach straight after high tide, you will find a lot of shellfish :) A wonderful space for a family of 6. Heather was awesome. Definitely be back, thanks again.

Lovely place on a quiet dead end street and only a few minutes walk from the beach. House was clean and well presented.Good size bedrooms and living spaces. Great value, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

I had expected a bit more for so many high reviews. That said, it was a fine stay. The listing is accurate, location good, check in simple. Has very few amenities in terms of things you’d need for a short stay if you’re travelling (no soap/shampoo, no laundry detergent, towels and bedding extra cost). Maintained but dated. Our daughter was concerned at first upon seeing cockroach and 4 spiders in the rooms within the first five minutes of arriving (no additional bugs were seen throughout our stay). Good location, very close to anything you’d need and nice quiet area.

This house is well maintained , clean and is near to the important places in town. Short walk to the beach front and esplanade. Highly recommended!

My husband and I Honeymooned in Whitianga. We loved the area and all it has to offer. When we got the chance to buy our Holiday home we didn't hesitate. Still love the area as it has changed for the better, has more things to see and do.
