The Parrot Place - Parrots Nest

The Parrots Nest is set in the heart of The Parrot Place bird park, this modern and newly renovated spacious 2 bedroom guest suite is centrally located and only a short stroll to the iconic Stone Store and Mission House. Only a few minutes drive into central Kerikeri and Waipapa and an abundance of beautiful walks in the local area. Set in beautiful sub tropical grounds The Parrot Place is home to over 250 beautiful exotic birds. One free admission pass per guest staying at The Parrots Nest The guest suite is connected to the main house but is a totally private self contained unit with its own front and back entrances . It comprises 2 bedrooms, spacious living/dining area with AC, bathroom and kitchenette. A private courtyard garden accessed via the kitchenette boasts an outdoor seating and dining area and BBQ. There is free secure boat and car parking available on site with the nearest boat ramp only a few minutes drive away. The kitchenette provides a microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, fridge, cutlery and utensils. The two bedrooms have queen beds, one bedroom has a TV and direct access to the bathroom, all linen and towels are provided. Please note the birds like to sleep as we do so we do not hear a peep from them at night. We also have 2 large dogs that will welcome you onto the property. They have their own area and are unable to access the space provided for your use. Guests have full and private use of the entire suite and courtyard. Please call or text Vanessa. Guests are not permitted into the bird park out of hours, one free admission pass will be provided per person per stay for use during business hours. This is a no smoking/vaping venue. No parties are permitted and only registered paying guests are allowed into the accomodation. Please note we are on a septic tank system so only toilet paper may be flushed. We provide a bin in the bathroom for your convenience.
