Our older style 1960’s beach house is a very large 3 bedroom home, with a games room and 2 separate bathrooms each with a shower and one with a bath. A full kitchen opens out onto a secluded deck which has chairs and tables with a bbq to enjoy the sun together with panoramic views of the sea and countryside.
Close to Matakana Markets, Goat Island (Marine Reserve) for
wonderful snorkelling. Fantastic water sports can be enjoyed at Martins Bay. Walking access to Scandrett Regional Park.
Pakiri and Omaha Surf Beaches within an easy drive.

Our beach house can accommodate a maximum of 7 adults (via 2 queen and 3 single beds). This adult limit will be strictly enforced. However, there are crash pads / mattresses available for up to 3 children (if approved when booking), making a maximum total of 10 people.
Cost for extra person above base rate for 4 people, is $20.00 per night per person.

Special conditions:
No smoking on the property.
Unlimited broadband internet is included.
Pets not allowed.
Lots of Games and books available.

NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to:
Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave;
Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);
