Semi-detached holiday house in a quiet and green setting, located in a private residence, with swimming pool (open mid-June to mid-September, unheated), close to the large beach of Kerhilio (800m).<br><br>It comprises on the first floor: a living room with equipped kitchen and living area with sofa, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Upstairs two bedrooms with a bed of 140 in one and two beds of 90 in the other.<br><br>Village very appreciated by its location<br><br>Private Parking Space - Pets not allowed - Non-smoking accommodation.<br>Bed linen provided.<br>Booking per week from Saturday to Saturday<br>Mandatory cleaning: 60€ <br><br>Ideally located 800 m from one of the most beautiful beaches on the coast with its 8 km of fine sand that lead to the Quiberon peninsula.<br>Nearby a mini-market, bike rental, pizzeria, creperie, 3 Kms from the charming village of ERDEVEN where you will find supermarkets, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, doctors, etc...<br><br>If you enjoy walking or cycling, you can get there by road (via a protected track), or choose the many marked paths that allow you to discover a remarkable hinterland. <br>Easy access to cycle paths in the direction of Etel or Quiberon<br><br>Enjoy all the pleasures of the sea on 8 km of coastline, sandy beaches facing the ocean, protected dunes, nautical areas for surfing, windsurfing, kit-surfing, sand yachting or coastal fishing. <br><br>ERDEVEN is also a preserved nature that you will discover by the marked hiking trails, mountain bike circuits, horseback riding (harras nearby), without forgetting the very rich megalithic and architectural heritage for history lovers.<br><br>Located between the Quiberon peninsula and the Ria d'Etel, (36 km from Vannes, 32 km from Lorient, 18 km from Quiberon, 9km from Carnac, and 6km from Etel), not to mention the islands that await you from the Quiberon pier (Belle Île, Houat, Hoëdic, Groix)

Le logement est bien situé. Quelques ustensiles auraient utiles ou bien agréables ( plateau, râpe pour légumes, coussins sur les chaîses longues)Par contre nous avons été extrêmement déçu de ne pas avoir été prévenue que la piscine était fermée. Certe c'était indépendant de votre volonté mais la moindre des choses aurait été de nous prévenir. La prestation ne valait pas le prix que nous avons payé.

Heureusement qu'il y avait une personne du clos des dunes pour nous guider à notre arrivée, car ce n'était pas évident de se dirigerLaisser un gel douche vide et un berlingot de lessive vide, mieux vaut ne rien laisserLe filtre de l'aspirateur était bloqué par une masse de cheveux si l'on avait utiliser en l'état, à cette heure il ne fonctionnerai peut être plus La piscine un peu bruyante avec quelquefois 3 parties de ballon en même temps et les enfants sous la responsabilité des parents ou grands parents qui sautent dans l'eau et éclaboussent autour d'euxDommage que l'appentis ne puissent contenir des vélos.

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre retour. Nous sommes heureux qu’une personne du Clos des Dunes ait pu vous accompagner à votre arrivée. Un plan d’accès vous avait bien été envoyé avant votre séjour afin de faciliter l’arrivée et l’orientation sur place, mais nous prenons note que les indications peuvent encore être améliorées. Concernant le gel douche et le berlingot de lessive, nous sommes désolés pour cette confusion. Ces produits d’hygiène ne sont pas fournis dans la location ; nous veillerons néanmoins à ce que les éventuels produits laissés par les précédents occupants soient systématiquement retirés afin d’éviter toute ambiguïté. Pour le filtre de l’aspirateur, nous vous remercions de nous l’avoir signalé. Ce point aurait effectivement dû être vérifié avant votre arrivée et nous allons être particulièrement vigilants sur cet aspect. Concernant la piscine, il peut effectivement y avoir des moments plus animés, notamment lorsque plusieurs familles utilisent le bassin en même temps. Les règles de sécurité et de respect des autres usagers restent toutefois applicables à tous, sous la responsabilité des parents ou accompagnateurs. Enfin, nous comprenons votre remarque concernant le rangement des vélos. L’espace disponible dans l’appentis ne permet malheureusement pas actuellement de les accueillir. Merci encore pour vos remarques, qui nous permettent d’améliorer l’accueil et le confort de nos prochains visiteurs.

Logement parfait pour un séjour agréable en Bretagne

Petite maison très bien équipées dans un coin tranquille du lotissement près de la plage merveilleuse de Kerhillio et pas loin des monuments incontournables comme p. ex. Carnac. Commerces (superette, crêperie,...) à proximité. Nous avons passé deux semaines très agréables et avons bien profité du jardin (le salon de jardin ne laissant rien à désirer). Propriétaire très prévenant, communication facile et rapide. Merci beaucoup!

ruhiges Ferienhaus nahe tollem Strand

das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet, hat aber kein WLAN. Die Lage am Rande einer Wohnanlage ist gut. Die Möglichkeit der Schwimmbadnutzung ist von Vorteil. Der Strand ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen und sehr schön.
