Great place

We are a group of 9 retired recreational cyclists . The house was perfect as a base to bike the trails in the area . Beds comfortable , kitchen & barbecue great to prepare meals , view outstanding . With 5 bedrooms we could comfortably fit our group . We recommend this property .

The Ultimate Beach House

This was our second 10 day stint at this wonderful house so we knew what to expect. We weren’t disappointed. Ideal for a large extended family group. We had 9 adults and 6 young children. Really well designed and equipped with the beach just over the road.

Beautiful relaxing spot and so close to the beach. We all loved it.

Perfect for a large family get together which catered for 2-60 year olds. Sleeping arrangements and number of bathrooms great. Loved all the games and outdoor equipment. Fantastic views.

Another great stay

The house has everything you could need, from beach equipment to inside games and puzzles. We all had a fabulous stay. The only annoyance was the surprise bookabach fee once you get to payment, would like to know about the fee before booking in the future, it should be transparent.

Fantastic base to explore from

We had family visiting from Christchurch to the Nelson area and found this house a real treat to stay in. So easy to get to the beach and lovely views. Amazingly well kitted out for families, 3 good kayaks and a SUP, toys/cricket etc in the downstairs garage.. all you could need even for 7 of 8 days being rainy! (the Pictionary came in to its own). Very spacious for all your clobber that can be stored downstairs and all the bedrooms a really good size. It even had heated floors in the bathrooms which i personally loved. Steve and Helen were great hosts and easily contactable - my apologies Steve for getting our dates a bit mixed up!

Location was amazing and the home was great for a large family with 3 bathrooms and a large kitchen and lounge. lots of games and equipment at the house free to use. we had a ball.

Fantastic holiday house

An awesome holiday house with stunning views and close proximity to the beach for a group of adults and children. Heaps of room, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and an excellent supply of indoor games and outdoor equipment to keep everyone happy. We had a great time thank you!

Everything was great, the only issue was upon leaving we accidentally left a pair of sunglasses behind. I've text the owner twice on the number I had previously messaged him on about getting the glasses back to which I had no response.

Great for the whole family

We really enjoyed this luxury house. So much space and plenty to do. Lovely views and decks for a bbq or sun bathing. Kayaks were awesome and we had plenty of fun in the games room. Fantastic holiday.

Family Friendly

Fantastic location with easy beach access. This house suited our extended family very well with the 3 house levels. The additional toys and equipment were well used and made our holiday fun.

Fantastic location and facilities

Our group of ten each had a room to themselves, amazing. The ‘toys’ for use were great and the location so close to the National Park incredible. The kitchen and living area were great with BBQ’s each night. Thank you for such a special place to stay. We will be back

This was an amazing property in a great beach location for our family gathering. There was everything you could want for a stay there wet or fine. We had great weather and loved the use of the kayaks. The 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, games room and great indoor and outdoor living ateas made it so easy for all of us to have our space and still all be together. The outdoor warm shower was great when coming back from the beach. We would all without hesitation love to return here again. Many thanks
