Kaiteriteri Holiday Haven

This is an incredible property to enjoy a family holiday as there is plenty of space. A lovely 10 minute walk to the Golden sands of Kaiteriteri Beach, the gateway to the Abel Tasman National Park.

It is beautifully appointed with quality fittings. The interior design is very tasteful and the extra high 3 metre ceilings create a very spacious atmosphere.
The space
This property has a unique mezzanine floor, with mattresses which would be suitable for children if supervised. The access to the mezzanine is by a purpose built ladder.

The kitchen, living and lounge area is open plan and opens up onto a large deck through large sliding doors.

All the amenities are well appointed and brand new.
The house is wired for both 230 volt and 110 volt . Great for both the local and American holiday-makers.

The bathrooms and showers are beautifully tiled.
There is wonderful central heating and cooling throughout the house, including the mezzanine . Adults have also slept up in the mezzanine and found it to be a great space. Linen is supplied for the mezzanine as well.

Strictly no tenting allowed on the property.

An important note is that no feminine products, baby wipes or hair can be flushed down the toilets
