完全に装飾された3ベッドルームの家、すべてのタオルとリネン、ベッドなど ちょうど歩いて家から離れて家を楽しむだけです。 私たちは、各ゲストが自分の寝室とスペースを持つことが重要な企業のための企業/スタッフの宿泊施設を定期的に提供しています。

Very well equiped kitchen. Extensive fruit in garden. Handy location to explore Tauranga city, Mount Maunganui, beaches, mineral springs, McLaren Falls Park, and, of course, shops.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home and gardens. The host was very welcoming and accommodated us when we arrived earlier than expected. Was close to amenities around us. Would recommend this place to others. Thank you for the lovely accommodation and hospitality.

Great place, beautiful gardens

Very nice place, nice outside deck and beautiful garden. Unfortunately we could not use the barbeque. Very friendly neighborhood cats will stop by for a chat and a cuddle.

Family break

Had a fantastic stay, accesible accommodation is hard to find as a family of 5 and this place was perfect for us! A little hiccup with wifi password but a text to host and it was very quickly remedied. Will definetly book again in future!

Comfortable stay, spotless place

We had a very comfortable 2 night stay at Brian’s place. We were a family of four, three adults and one toddler under 2. Everything we needed for our stay was available esp kitchen amenities. The house is beautiful with a well maintained lovely garden, and a short drive away from Mount Maunganui. Highly recommend!

Stunning Cottage and grounds

Sandy was there to meet us, Brian came over later to check we were ok. As their card says "Home away from Home" and it surely was. The gardens are incredible, all Sandy's work.

Works well

The house worked well for our stay in Tauranga. It was expensive but we left our Easter booking very late. The house is very well fitted out and everything was in working order. Possibly could add some shower soap in a dispenser.

Comfortable cottage, just like home!

Devon Cottage - perfect base for a get away

A lovely cosy little house full of kiwiana décor and art work. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil, dish and appliance you could ever need while on holiday. The most picturesque garden and welcoming hosts. A little tight on car space but we had a large vehicle. We used the property as a base while visiting family over Christmas and were out most of the day but the house was perfect for our needs.

Sandy and I have travelled a lot so we appreciate the things you look for in making your accommodation and stay enjoyable. We have put a lot of time and energy into refurbishing the property when we bought it and are still developing the grounds and outside area.

This property was close to our own and was not well maintained by a succession of owners so we decided it needed some TLC both inside and out. A lot of compliments to Sandy on her gardens and I continue to enhance the use of the outside space by covering over the rear decked area with a pergola.

We've tried to ensure it's like a home away from home, a cottage style home with beautiful and colourful gardens and as comfortaable as possible. Very near to many facilities and local attractions, in fact one of the most comments we get is how central it is to everything and the ease of getting to all places quickly ( Mt Maunganui, Papamoa, CBD, The Crossing at Tauriko, heading to Auckland etc). There are supermarkets close by (award winning Brookfield New World.1.5 km, a large Woolworths at Bethlehem Shopping Centre 3km, a K Mart and Chemist Warehouse, along with many food outlets and shopping centres at Fraser Cove, Bay Central, CBD, Downtown Mt Maunganui, Bayfair, and The Crossing at Tauriko. Mount Main Beach has been voted best beach holiday destination in NZ for more than 7 years in a row by Trip Advisor. There you will find the only salt water hot pools in NZ although we have our own local mineral hot springs and swimming pool only 3 minutes away from the cottage (Fernland Spa).. We live opposite the cottage and can advise you on many local attractions and the quickest and best way to get there. We welcome business and corporate clients as our location allows ease of access to get to most places quickly and easily, avoiding most heavy traffic delay areas. Most guests express how much they enjoyed and how comfortable their stay was.
