There are multiple entertaining areas including two lounges with beautiful views over Rotorua, a large deck that leads out to the lawn and BBQ area so there is ample room to spread out and relax. The deck and grass lawn provide easy supervision space for younger children. Older kids can wonder over the fence to explore the adjacent tree trust. There is a secure lockable double garage to store your bikes and other sporting equipment.
The property has free ultrafast WiFI along with a well equiped kitchen, dishwasher, BBQ, washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Both lounges have a heat pump and log burner for cooler Rotorua days.

Located 5km from Rotorua township, within 1km of major tourist attractions, including Te Puia geothermal area, mountain biking and a golf course. You are only a short drive to many of the beautiful lakes around Rotorua for various water activities!

Tihiotonga is a quiet safe and secure suburb overlooking Rotorua. Plenty of safe off road parking. The house is in a quiet residential area and there is a noise restriction - no unreasonable noise after 10pm - this is enforced.
