Stylish, relaxing beach house in Mt Maunganui

Three-bedroom home with modern kitchen and bathroom, an easy 7 minute walk to Mount Maunganui beach at Hart St.

Our well-equipped cottage is very comfortable for a family or two couples. It can comfortably accommodate five adults. Interiors feature an eclectic mix of contemporary textiles and vintage finds with designer bed linen.

The garden is fully fenced. There are two small decks and a back lawn with outdoor furniture.

The cottage has three bedrooms all with new carpet (1 queen, 1 double, 1 king-single), plus there is a cute, curtained space with a small single bed that’s ideal for a child.

All linen and towels provided.

There is a TV-monitor and chrome-cast but no Freeview or cable television.

Off-street parking is in the carport. (No parking on the driveway please, this is shared with our neighbour).

There is a fantastic outdoor shower.

With prior permission, one well-behaved dog may be permitted.

For supplies, the New World supermarket and Central Parade shops and deli are just a couple of minutes walk away.
