The space This stylish 2-bedroom apartment on the 17th floor offers a comfortable urban retreat with contemporary design and stunning city views.
The open-plan living and dining area is filled with natural light and extends to a spacious balcony, perfect for enjoying evening sunsets. The living area is furnished with a cozy couch, a sofa bed for extra guests, and a Smart TV for entertainment.
The well-equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for your stay, from cookware and cutlery to complimentary tea, coffee, and basic cooking supplies.
Both bedrooms feature queen-sized beds with fresh linens and built-in robes for ample storage. The main bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, and a European laundry with a washing machine and ironing supplies adds to the convenience.

Key collection/drop-off hours are from 12pm - 1am Daily. Check in is from 3pm. ** For any check-ins or check-outs outside these times, please contact the host in advance.
Late notice requests may not be accommodated and, if approved, will incur an additional travel fee.
There is no parking available in the building; however, ample street parking can be found along the same street and nearby.
Other things to note You will be receiving 1 fob and 1 apartment key. Please contact host at the time of your booking if you require more than 1 set of keys. Depends on availability. Lost key/swipe charges: $200. Please take care of the swipe card and keys to avoid inconvenience.
Note on the condition: This apartment is not brand new, while we have done our best to maintain it in good condition, some wear and tear is to be expected. Thank you for your understanding.
Note on Amenities: Stay Buddy is not responsible for the availability of building facilities such as the gym, pool, or BBQ area, especially if they are closed by the building management for maintenance or safety reasons. Our primary focus is on providing accommodation. Please note that we have no control over the operation or availability of these facilities.
Should any maintenance issues arise during your stay, we will do our best to address them promptly. However, arranging for contractors may take at least 2-3 working days, and immediate resolution cannot be guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding.

The apartment was perfect for our trip to Melbourne for the GP. Easy train ride into the city and 30mins walk to the track. Ashlynn was an amazing host, very accommodating and good to communicate with. The apartment has spectacular views and was everything we needed for our stay. Great Potential, Undermined by CleanlinessOur stay was disappointing. While the apartment has a fantastic location, amazing view, and good amenities, these were completely overshadowed by cleanliness issues. A dirty and stained couch, mouldy A/C control and thick dust near beds and on terrace made our stay unenjoyable. Vacuum cleaner had no hose and the cleaner showed up without notice, so couldn’t access to fix. No coffee pods were provided. Wouldn’t stay there again.

We did communicate during your stay and offered to send our cleaner back promptly to rectify the minor cleaning concerns raised. This was clearly communicated; however, access was ultimately refused, which meant we were unable to resolve the issues at the time.
The property is well maintained and professionally cleaned prior to each stay, but as clearly stated in the listing, it is not brand new and some general wear and tear is to be expected and does not impact functionality or comfort.
We always aim to respond proactively and reasonably to guest concerns, and we appreciate constructive communication to allow us the opportunity to assist. Unfortunately, on this occasion, resolution was not possible.
We thank you for acknowledging the location, view, and amenities, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
