This place was perfect for our short trip for a wedding. It is very walkable to downtown. The bedroom is on the main road, so it can be noisy at times but it wasn’t unbearable. Would definitely book again.

We loved being so close to everything. For no longer than we were there, it supplied our needs of sleep and shower so can't comment on the balcony. I would definitely stay again. Price was great and room is very clean. Bed was comfortable. Crave is great and so is the Southern Grounds. Nice to have restaurants near by.

WOW! What a great spot! The place was very clean and well appointed with everything you need. Amazing location. Within a 20 minute walk to all the central attractions with some just right down the street. And the host was very responsive. We love it here and will be back!

This was a very smooth and effortless sojourn for me in St. Augustine thanks in large part to this wonderful property and its management. The apartment was a joy to stay in, not only in itself but the larger building as well that housed a few other apartments, as well as the front and rear balconies. With some very nice art in the hall outside the apartments, one feels very relaxed and cozy in this beautiful setting. I look forward to staying here again when I return to St. Augustine.

It was a fantastic experience. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-supplied, offering extremely comfortable living and sleeping arrangements. Its location was ideal, just a 10-15 minute walk to downtown, depending on your destination. The front balcony over looks King St. and if you’re in a front facing apartment like we were the traffic noise during the holidays can get a little loud up to 11pm - 12am. That being said, if you want silent at night get a place in the country. This is a college/tourist town! Communication with the owners was effortless and very helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

Pleasant Stay

The Blue Moon Suite was comfortable, clean, and convenient for all aspects of our stay. We enjoyed sitting on the covered verandas mornings and evenings, before and after, our daily adventures. The property location made for an easy walk or hop on trolly ride to interesting locations and activities. We parked on arrival and didn’t need to use our car again until we were ready to leave. We’ve added the Blue Moon to our list of “do it agains”.

The unit was fine and the location was terrific. However, the road noise all night long did not allow for anybody to sleep. The firetrucks, please cars, garbage trucks, any tractor trailer that drove by the building would vibrate. The temperature controls were difficult to regulate as it was really hot in the unit and you could not close the bedroom curtain without blocking the window unit didn’t think the property was very well maintained as the backstreet had lots of trash piled up on the side of the road.

Great location! Perfect size for 3 people. I liked that the bathroom was disconnected from the main bedroom so that it was easily accessible to everyone staying. I will say while we did not use the kitchen there were palmetto bugs near the silverware. Being a Florida native and not using the kitchen it did not bother us at all because I feel the rental may have been sitting for a little before we used it in between guests but maybe just a double check in the future before check in would be beneficial for the hosts in case someone did want to use it.

Weekend Getaway

Apt was clean & welcoming. Access was good, parking was very convenient & location was walkable to most of our typical haunts in the Old Town area. Very pleased we were able to bring our dog with us! Happy there was a ceiling fan in the bedroom since the ac was in the living room - the apt ac worked well & it was quite cold for us this time of year. We enjoyed coffee on the front balcony & watched the town pass by. There is a bit of road noise but this is to be expected & wouldn't deter me from staying again. Overall was a great stay!!

Fabulous city centre bolt hole

This apartment is in a great location for downtown St Augustine, everything is within walking distance, and this city has a lot to offer.The owners were extremely accommodating, due to Hurricane Milton we were unable to use our planned apartment in Sarasota, Wolfgang and Miki offered us the apartment at very short notice.The apartment had everything you need to spend a few days in, it was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen had all required appliances and utensils.Very happy to recommend this apartment, thank you Wolfgang and Miki!

Arts District Retreat

This was our first time staying on the river side of downtown St Augustine. We loved it!The apartment is next door to a couple of great galleries Butterfield Garage being one of them.The St Augustine Winery is just a block down. The restaurant is lovely! If you dont have time for dinner, grab a rooftop drink and check out the view!If you stroll down Ribiera you'll find artist studios, a river marina and wonderful fresh seafood at St Augustine Fish Camp.We arrived during holiday lights season when evening traffic is gridlocked. No worries, as we parked and had no need for the car. Historic downtown is a couple of minutes walk away. If you tire of King St you can meander through the beautiful neighborhood.
