Fantastic location and super cute place. We walked everywhere for our two day trip. Morgan, the host, met us at the house upon our arrival to ensure a smooth check in. I highly recommend it!

This is a great rental with an AWESOME location! We were able to park the car and walk everywhere which was perfect. The place was spotless, everything was newer and in great condition. It is nice and private because it is separate from the main house. Morgan greeted us, showed us where to park etc. which was very helpful. My only complaint was the mattress, which might just be personal preference, so no points off for this. But be aware, it is a very soft mattress, we felt like we were sinking. If you have back issues, it can be a problem.

We had a fabulous stay here in St Augustine. The accommodation was quiet, clean and modern in design and was set within the proximity to everything we needed to see and enjoy. We will definitely stay here again, great host as well.

This is the second time staying at a unit on 9 Sevilla. Morgan was very accommodating to our requests! We cannot say enough about the location. You can walk to St George St and many great restaurants. The unit is small but comfortable and well appointed. We will definitely be staying there again!

Property was immaculate & exactly what we wanted for a quick weekend away. It was so nice to meet our host, Morgan. We were able to leave our car parked at the house & take a quick walk to historic St Augustine, restaurants, etc. We especially enjoyed the tour of the St. Augustine Distillery & live music at The Milltop Tavern. We’d love to make a return trip & stay there again.

Perfect Stay!

We loved this VRBO! It was so clean and everything was new. The location can't be beat if you want to explore beautiful historic St Augustine. The property manager was so friendly and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We truly enjoyed our stay in this little abode. It was perfectly equipped with everything you needed for a getaway. Very clean, the host was very helpful and friendly, and it was located in easy walking distance to yummy restaurants for any meal! With family in town, we will certainly make this a place we look to stay!

Great location. Clean. Modern. Attending a wedding in downtown St. Augustine and our family stayed in all three units at 9 Sevilla. It was perfect!!!! Would recommend it to anyone. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Saint Augustine. Short walk to restaurants, bars, and historic sites.

Very cute and clean apartment that had everything we needed. Perfect for 2 people. Walking distance to historic St George Street, waterfront, fort, etc. the host, my Egan was very helpful. Would highly recommend.
