Summary:
Maisonnets invites you to enjoy comfort and convenience in this recently renovated one-bedroom apartment, featuring an open-plan kitchen/living area with reverse-cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans in both the living space and bedroom, and smart TVs in both the living room and bedroom. The apartment also offers two balconies and a washing machine in the bathroom.
The complex provides a pool, undercover visitor parking, and street parking. Perfectly located, the apartment is within walking distance to eateries, Tallebudgera Beach, and Burleigh Heads National Park.
The Space:
Situated on the second floor of a quiet complex, you’ll enter the apartment into an open-plan kitchen/living/dining area with funky concrete floors in living and bathroom. In the living area there is a split system reverse-cycle aircon and ceiling fan for year-round comfort. The kitchen comes with plenty of bench space, wall oven, ceramic cooktop, a microwave, Air-fryer, dishwasher and breakfast bar with 2 stools. There’s also a dining table for 3 people (with an extra chair kept in the bedroom if needed), flowing through to the living space with a comfy sofa, 2 occasional chairs and a smart TV. A sliding door leads out to a north and east facing undercover balcony with a table for 4 and views of the garden and pool area. The apartment’s bedroom also has a wall mounted smart TV, its own ceiling fan, comfy king size bed, mirrored built-in wardrobes, plantation shutters for a good sleep-in and a sliding door to a second balcony. There is also a single fold out bed provided for an extra guest. The bathroom comes with concrete flooring as mentioned, a roomy shower recess and front loader Beko washing machine. The complex itself offers a swimming pool and secure undercover parking.
Please bear in mind that there is no elevator to reach the apartment so it’s not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

Guests will have access through street level into building to access the apartment and also from the basement car park if parking is needed
The Neighborhood:
The Village Markets and Gold Coast Recreation Centre, with Dreamworld, Seaworld and Movie World all half an hour away by car.
Situated on Queensland’s beautiful Gold Coast between Surfers Paradise and Coolangatta, Burleigh Heads offers world class beaches and surf breaks against a lush national park backdrop. The apartment itself is perfectly located, walking distance to a great choice of eateries, Tallebudgera beach, Burleigh Heads National Park, The Village Markets, Burleigh Arts and Crafts on the Coast, and the Gold Coast Recreation Centre. Surfers Paradise is just over 20 minutes by car, with Dreamworld, Sea World and Movie Worlds all only half an hour away.
Getting Around:
Guest parking is available in the undercover car park. If you prefer public transport, there’s a bus stop close to the complex with services taking you into Burleigh Heads in about 35 minutes and Surfers Paradise in under an hour.
Other Things to Note:
* Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
* An additional fold away bed can be supplied with prior notice. A $30 per night fee will be added to the booking and we can organize this for you.
* Due to strict noise policies in strata buildings and Australian council by-laws, guests must avoid making loud noise, particularly between the hours of 10 pm – 8 am. Please understand that guests who break this rule may be evicted and financial penalties may also apply, depending on the circumstances.
* An additional $40 will be charged to your total if a check-in happens after 8 pm, and we require your arrival time as the Concierge does not live on site.
* A mandatory full clean of the property and complete linen change will be done every 4 weeks and added to your total booking amount for any booking longer than a month. This will be added to your total amount and processed separately.
*After check-in, if you choose to shorten your stay, you will receive a 50% refund of the unused nights of your booking.
* Please note that this property has been specifically catered for short-term rentals and is not a hotel.
