Enjoy a clean, renovated basement suite featuring a queen bed, private bathroom, cozy living area, and dining space with a bar fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Guests also have access to the shared full kitchen and laundry facilities upstairs.

The host lives on the upper level of the home and shares the main entrance. Guests enter through the shared main entrance door and use a separate key to access the private basement suite.

Perfect for healthcare professionals, business travelers, or visitors exploring Calgary.

Located in the quiet, family-friendly community of Auburn Bay, just 5 minutes from South Health Campus, 17 km from downtown Calgary, and close to public transit, shopping, restaurants, and cafés.

Self-check-in is available using the keys stored in the lockbox located near the front entrance. Lockbox code will be provided a day before your arrival.

Guests will have a key for the main entrance and a separate key for the basement suite.

Parking is available on the right side of the driveway (facing the house) or on the street nearby. Please don’t block the garage driveway.

Room was clean and neat, with all the appliances I needed (and many I didn't get to use). I especially appreciated the heater, kettle, and Keurig machine, as well as the fresh fruit provided (more than I could finish). Everything was self served and there was no in-personal contact, even though I believe the owners live upstairs. Yet communication was immediate and effective. People who want to be left alone would especially appreciate this.
