Hi Lily, it’s very disappointing to see a review like this considering how much work we put in to make our suite very comfortable. I would like to mention here that hours after your check in, we sent a message to ask if everything was to your liking and if you needed anything at all to let us know. You never mentioned anything was wrong or complained about anything, you were even kind enough to drop us some free stampede tickets 3 days later. Now to see we communicated with you throughout your stay, you were very responsive and you never mentioned anything wrong only for you to leave a bad review. We pride ourselves in providing the best to our guests and wouldn’t have hesitated to address all your concerns immediately. Now to clarify the points raised 1. The mattress is a standard queen size mattress and this is the first complaint we've had about it. Unfortunately only our guests can tell us if anything is wrong with it and we would have appreciated if you told us about the matress and we would have immediately replaced it instead of letting you stay a whole week in discomfort 2. The entrance door meets the property's design requirements and was approved by the City of Calgary. There is ample space to walk through the door , take off shoes and even sit or stand on the landing before going down the stairs. 3. For every stay, we wash all beddings using tide pods, dryer sheets and scent booster. All beddings are also ironed before they’re laid on the bed and this is evident from the iron lines on our beddings. Also, after every guest’s check out, all doors and windows stay open till it’s time for the next guests check in. In your case we can understand if there was some cooking smell as we granted the  previous guest a late checkout. In all, thank you for your feedback.
