Summary:

A lovely two bedroom, first floor unit situated on the headland at Kings Beach with fantastic views over the ocean and shipping lanes.



The Space:

A lovely two bedroom, first floor unit situated on the headland at Kings Beach with fantastic views over the ocean and shipping lanes.



The patrolled beach is a short walk down the hill, as is Kings Beach Park, BBQs, restaurants, shops and the surf club. The coastal walkway passes by the unit block on the other side of the road.



Whilst this unit may be older style, it has all you need for an affordable holiday, close to the ocean with amazing views. Your biggest conundrum will be working out which cruise liner it is coming towards you up the shipping lane right in front.



Please note that this property does not have air conditioning, however there are ceiling fans installed.

2nd bedroom: 2 x single beds



Linen

Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.
