Stone's Throw Avoca Beach

'Stone's Throw' is a gorgeous beach pad oozing style and coastal vibes and yes, it's just a 'stone's throw' from stunning Avoca Beach on NSW's Central Coast.

Architectural features and designer furnishings ensure that your beach escape will leave you feeling rejuvenated and inspired.

A 5 minute flat stroll through the park to the sand, you're so close you can hear the ocean.

Luxury fittings, split level house like proportions and walk to restaurants, cafes and the beach easily.

The space
Our favourite place to relax after a day at the beach is on the sofa. Sit here and take in the soaring ceilings, timber beams and the sunlight streaming through the oversized skylight. Magic.

There are three areas where you can relax and enjoy the space together.

The living room with large TV (all the streaming platforms you can log into) opening onto a small rear balcony. Then the dining and kitchen area - large enough to have the family around the table or the perfect spot to do some remote work from. This area opens onto the large terrace style balcony with BBQ, dining table and servery from the kitchen.

Bedroom 1 has one Queen bed, air-conditioning, wardrobe and two large bedside tables suitable for packing away your belongings too. Gorgeous designer fabrics and custom made furnishings. Curl up with a book - there's plenty to choose from.

Bedroom 2 can be presented two ways. Two single beds or one king bed. Your choice - please let me know at booking. Again, custom made furnishings and fun fabrics ensure you'll love spending the night here. Air-conditioning and wardrobe too.

Bathroom 1 has a large shower, vanity and designer features. It includes the Euro' laundry behind the cupboard doors.

Bathroom 2 is on the entry level to the apartment - there are two bathrooms downstairs and the one on the right is for your use. Shower, vanity and toilet.

Other things to note
Stone's Throw is, as the name suggests, a mere stone's throw from beautiful Avoca Beach. Our favourite day would go something like this..... up for a walk to Winney Bay and back for coffee at The Kiosk under the Surf Club. Sit on the stone wall and watch the world go by.

Wander back up to Stone's Throw, maybe another coffee from the Nespresso machine and let's think about the beach.

We will while the remainder of the day away on the beach.... lunch from The Kiosk or Avoca Sands cafe. If we feel like donning some clothes we'll sit at The Point Cafe and enjoy a vino over a longer lunch with friends.

Enjoy a sundowner at the Surf Club after you've washed the salt off back at Stone's Throw and then there are a myriad of restaurants you can choose all within walking distance of your bougie accommodation.
