Restful breakaway

KaiLani View had great views of Avoca Beach. It was a well equipped, very comfortable, property that met all our needs. It is a steep 5-10min walk down to beach.

Fabulous House

We absolutely loved this house! It had a spectacular view and a huge living area. All the bedrooms were fabulous and the kitchen well stocked. The only small negative was being so far up the hill, walking back from the beach was a little tiring. But that would not stop us from coming back!

Great views and a lovely clean feel when you enter. Needs a bit of maintenance (downstairs sliding door rusted in) and master bedroom mattress wasn’t very good. However, we had a great time.

Lovely house and excellent location

This home has the most amazing views of Avoca Beach. The house is lovely and clean and certainly plenty big enough for 6 people. The whole home is very well presented and has all you need in the kitchen with a lovely big fridge. Plenty of comfortable lounges and lovely outdoor furniture. The beach is just down the hill and Avoca Beach has all the amenities that you will need. The check-in process was a little confusing due to some miscommunications with the agent, but other than that it was a beautiful home and we certainly had a lovely time staying there.

Amazing view, but very tired for the price.

We had a great few weeks over Xmas at Kailani Views. Spectacular views over Avoca & North Avoca and the sounds of the ocean at night were the highlights. Unfortunately the place needs maintenance and much more thorough cleaning. The BBQ was broken, there was nest of cobwebs behind the bed amongst many other issues and faults. The price charged is equivalent to a high end hotel and for what we paid some attention to the basics is needed. Despite that, we had a good stay.

Bedroom and kitchen was in good shape. The rest of the house needs work.needs good clean up.spiders were all over the place and been there for some time.washing machine was in poor condition.hot water tank stop working had to have cold showers.overall not a 3 star at best

Lovely property with sweeping views. Enough shops local to buy food and eat out as required. My only disappointment was that I didn’t realise how steep the short walk to the beach was, however car parking was readily available beachside.

Property was lovely and well maintained. The hot water system is limited which means that it is difficult for anyone to utilise the beautiful bath. Ok for showers. check in protocol needs to be reviewed as we were directed to pickup the keys from property manager at Terrigal whereas the keys were at the unit. Property manager failed to respond in a timely manner when we gave feedback as to the hot water issue. These minor issues are not expected when staying at higher quality apartments.

Sensational property, very well fitted out. Amazing views of Avoca beach. Layout of home is great with ample open plan living, very clean / modern bathrooms / bedrooms & kitchen. Large lounge and dinning makes great for larger groups. We will definitely stay here again.

A little pice of magic!

My family were looking for a place that suited all ages and provided facilities that left nothing to chance. KAILANI VIEW provided all this and more! What a fantastic location. The house is spectacular with breathtaking view of Avoca Beach. The house was well equiped and the furnishings made you feel relaxed and "beachy". We are already looking to return later in the year. Thanks for providing a remarkable place that far exceeded our expectations.

Awesome holiday

A great holiday apartment with heaps of room. Didn't use the car all week. Great facilities. Kids loved it! Pool for those days when beach is a bit rough. Great view. We'll be back for sure! Big enough to have friends stay for a night or two too.
