Magnificent cottage on Île d'Orléans

Our cottage will charme you. Well located in the heart of the village, it is walking distance from the pier, marina, church and severals art galerys and stores.
The cottage is fully equiped you will only need to bring your food and drinks. It is equiped with 2 bedrooms, kitchen,living room and a bathroom with a tub and a shower.

Enjoy the deck, barbecue and the fire place. There is a big yard for kids to play, soccer net and swings on the property

On the island there is a lot to do and see all year round. You will also be 20 minutes drive from old Québec city. 10 minutes from Montmorency waterfalls, 30 minutes from mont Ste-Anne, 30 minutes from the airport,

    We enjoyed our stay. Marc was very polite, the cottage was just right for our long weekend get away. Away from the high traffic of the island, with a wonderful view of the river, a farmers market not far. Highly recommend!!

    Loved the island life!!

    We were so happy we chose to stay on the island instead of old town Quebec City!! It was only a short drive to the historic district and we enjoyed the island as much if not more than the historic district. The property was very comfortable, amenities were great! The hosts were fantastic, we instantly felt at home. We would highly recommend, we really wish we’d had more time to stay!! Very charming property, wonderful hosts and a beautiful setting.

    We really enjoyed our stay on Ile d"Orleans, and this charming cottage was part of the reason. The owner, Marc, was very helpful and friendly. FYI, the bathroom is on a different floor than the bedrooms. ----------------

    Beautiful island getaway

    We loved our stay! The island is gorgeous and with so much to do. This cottage is perfectly located and was even nicer than the pictures conveyed. Lots of room for a family or 2 couples. Very clean and super comfortable. Marc and his family were perfect hosts. Marc took the time to check in with us and share details and travel suggestions about the island. We enjoyed our conversations with him and truly appreciated all his recommendations and suggestions. We look forward to returning to this beautiful spot again one day.

    Very Charming Cottage

    Marc and Dominique have a very nice cottage on Orleans Island. The place was very clean and comfortable. Marc found out this was our first time in Quebec and sat down with me to go over maps and sights to see. He even let me try out my terrible French on him without complaint (six years of public schooling French and 30 years without using it makes for a bad combo).

    Perfect spot as base to explore Quebec City & Island

    We love the island, and spent 3 days exploring it and one day in the city. Final day at the falls. This house is in the perfect location for ease of exploring and even crossing island to bridge. Moulin restaurant is down the street and great village and art gallery of local artists very close. Owner and family are terrific, making you feel right at home. Providing everything needed. Great backyard and deck to visit the chickens! Area is quiet for great sleep, even though on main road (house is set back). House was lovely amd well equipped.

    Wonderful stay

    The cottage is lovingly renovated from its original purpose as a summer kitchen. Extremely comfortable and very well situated. Many amenities included and plenty of hot water (essential when travelling with teenagers). Marc gave us an overview of the island when we arrived and provided great recommendations for things to see and do. Highly recommended!
