Downstairs has a large lounge, TV area and dining area opening onto a deck along the front of the house, where two steps down onto the grass and the beach and jetty, there is also a rear balcony off the kitchen, all these room have views across the water to the ocean. The front windows are tinted for your privacy.
Downstairs has a large queen bedroom with wall to wall mirrored wardrobe, this room looks out across the water to the ocean.
Downstairs is another bedroom with two single beds.
Downstairs has a bathroom with double vanity, spa bath, shower and separate toilet.
Downstairs has an open living area of lounge, dining and large kitchen. There is a separate laundry inside the house.

Upstairs is a living room with television, dvd player. This room opens onto a large balcony with views across the water to the ocean.
Upstairs the house has a large queen bedroom looking across the water to the ocean at Seen Mile beach and opening onto the upstairs balcony. This bedroom has a walk in wardrobe and ensuite with a double shower, double hand basins and toilet, there is also a separate toilet and hand basin.
Upstairs is another bedroom with two single beds with its own balcony overlooking Coolangatta Mountain.
