Settled in the picturesque South Coast Country side of NSW. A stunning rural retreat that exudes comfort & relaxation.

Located in Broughton village, just 5 minutes drive into the historical township of Berry. The Winner of The Small Country Town in NSW. Berry is filled with an array of boutique stores, cafes & restaurants.

A short 12 minute drive to the beautiful beachside town of Gerringong & its stunning beaches.

Also just 20 minutes drive to the beachside town of Kiama. Iconic landmarks such at the lighthouse & Kiama Blowhole. Take a stroll around the town and visit the shops & cafes.

Hilltop Cottage is set on an idyllic 13 acre family run farm.

Overlooking acres of luscious green hills including the iconic Saddleback Mountain.

This newly built 2 bedroom modern cabin sleeps up to 6 guests. Entertainers Deck with outdoor lounge setting & BBQ, for the ultimate country side getaway.

Hilltop cottage is equipped with all the creature comforts of home, including a full size Kitchen, Bathroom, living & dining areas,

Hilltop Cottage has 2 cabins in total;
Cabin 1 - 1 x Queen Size Bed, 1 x King Single Set of Bunks & 1 x Single Set of Bunks (Sleeps 6)
Cabin 2 - 1 x King Size Bed, 1 x Queen Size Bed & 1 x Queen Size Sofa (Sleeps 4-6 guests).

BOTH CABINS CAN BE RENTED AT ONCE - SLEEPING UP TO 12 PEOPLE.

This is a phenomenal cabin to stay at. I just proposed to my partner and we spent the weekend for a private getaway and it was amazing. Everything about this cabin was amazing and I extremely recommend people to stay here. You will not be disappointed!! Best place I’ve stayed at!

The cabin was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, with a lovely host. The view from the front porch was truly magical — we loved looking out over the stream, valley, hillside, and grazing livestock. The only surprise was some traffic noise at times (especially late Friday afternoon), though thankfully it wasn’t audible from the bedrooms. The location was also great, with Berry just a short, easy drive away.We did find accommodation in the Berry area a little on the pricey side. In comparison, we’ve stayed in larger and more luxurious homes (in Melbourne, the Central Coast, Bowral, the Hunter Valley, Barossa, and the Blue Mountains) for less. We’ve also been a little spoiled elsewhere with small extras like chocolates, a welcome bottle of wine, paper towels, a hair dryer, or storage containers — though perhaps Stayz doesn’t encourage these touches.That said, the views make this cabin truly special, and it’s a comfortable and memorable place to stay.

The cabin was beautifully appointed, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. You might have missed all of this because of the amazing view! What a wonderful vista! Thank you to our host who was extremely responsive and made everything easy so we could enjoy a relaxing weekend away.

Beautiful location and cabin

The view from the cabin was lovely and relaxing... A gorgeous vista over the valley. The cabin was clean and warm, with very comfortable beds. We had a lovely weekend away and would return happily.

A Little Spot of Paradise

We loved our short stay in this beautifully set-up little cottage. A sublime view for our morning coffee or evening tipple. We had everything we needed and it is so close to get to everywhere in this delightful region. The cute goats were a bonus! Will definitely stay again. Thank you!

Room with a view

We loved our stay! Easy acess, feels like home away from home with some cute goats who come and say hello. Very clean and so quiet, and only 20 to 30 mins from all the main attractions like Jamberoo and Minnamurra Falls. Highly recommend and would love to come again.

Immaculately presented cottage

What a delight to stumble across this hidden gem tucked away in the hills not far from Berry and Gerringong. These two newly built cottages are extremely comfortable and beautifully appointed. The care and consideration that has gone into creating the space is clearly evident, not only in the guest accommodation but in the rest of the property as well. It would be impossible to grow tired of the delightful outlook over well maintained gardens and pastures, across rolling hills to the escarpment, all with the added bonus of goats grazing and providing entertainment. No detail has been forgotten.

Our best one so far...

This property was just exceptional! The location, the cleanliness, the communication were all just great! The view from the balcony was picturesque and the kids loved feeding the friendly (but hungry) goats :)) that would visit on the field just below the cabin.The space is ideal for a family of 4 or 5 and has all the amenities and comforts of home. This is definitely worth a second stay!
