Great house!

The house was very clean and well maintained. We stayed in Youngstown for an event at the Covelli Centre. This was in very close proximity and perfect for our family. The property owner was very quick to respond via text and the house had everything we needed (internet, laundry, fully stocked kitchen, etc).

Very clean house. Nicely updated. Comfortable beds. However, kitchen seemed sparse on some essentials. No can opener, salt or pepper. Basics. We had to purchase these items along with toilet paper and paper towel. There was only a half roll of toilet paper when we arrived. There was also a critter gnawing something between the walls or ceiling. Tub drained slowly.

Not worth the extra fees

The overall house was very clean. They need to add a few things. No welcome folder, had to call the property manager to get the wifi password. There were no towels laid out in either bathroom, another call to the property manager. Be prepared to bring all you own food stuff as there is no salt, pepper, etc, nor were there any paper towels in the kitchen. All easy fixes that would make this a great place to stay for 3-4 people.

Best Property in Youngstown after 3 Stays

This home has been remodeled with meticulous attention to detail and all new, high end appliances and central heating / cooling. It is a beautiful space with a king bed in the main bedroom and smart TV's in both bedrooms. The bathrooms are gorgeous as well. There is an abundance of paper goods for kitchen and bathrooms as well as trash bags and cleaning supplies, laundry detergent etc. The yard is private and restricted to this unit. I found the description slightly confusing in its mention of "shared amenities." There really aren't shared amenities. There are two units in a two level home at the front of the property, when you turn in. This unit is far behind these two and very private. Your cars are nowhere near the neighbors' cars. And if you have dogs, the yard is yours and is private. Previous reviews do not do this space justice - I can't believe someone would mention spices and things - when I am renting a home, I always bring my own. Everything you need is here. The kitchen is also well stocked with new pots and dishes. Can't say enough about this place. I have stayed in Youngstown now 3-4 times visiting my boyfriend who is in the military. This is the best property yet by far. And the homeowner / property manager is immediately responsive, even during his travels!!
