SPACIOUS ECO-FRIENDLY SUITE with KITCHEN ON PARK
This unit is open to EVERYONE. Surprisingly spacious and cozy, this half below grade unit includes a fully equipped long galley kitchen with a cooktop stove, microwave, toaster oven, kettle, coffee maker, blender, toaster, and fridge with freezer. Complimentary packages of hot cereal, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are provided.
The large studio/bedroom features a large window, ample closet space and a comfortable queen box spring with a Bamboo mattress. As well, there is a single bed with regular mattress and a single and double inflatable mattress.
The cozy den/dining area is best used for social time, watching tv and eating. However, it can easily convert into an additional bedroom with a double fold-out futon couch.
The unit includes a modern 4-piece bathroom and has ceramic floors throughout. Control your own heat with a separate thermostat or turn the dehumidifier up high [in our few weeks of humid weather]. A washer and dryer are available in the unit, along with an iron, ironing board, and full-length mirror. For those needing to work, a desk is also included.
This space is most comfortable for a couple, with one or possibly two children. Alternately, a single person, a couple and 1 single adult or 3 single adults also works.
Parking is included with easy driving access to downtown.
You are welcome to enjoy the beautiful wooded backyard where you might spot deer and squirrels or a walk on the meditation path. Alternately, you could set up a private breakfast coffee spot by the screen door. The fire pit can be used when there has been enough rain and no fire hazard exists.
With 95 acres at your doorstep, Fleming Park provides relief from the hustle and bustle of the city and the booming construction activity around town, along with easy access to scenic walking trails. The North-West Arm oceanfront, along with a natural playground and swimming beach, is just a 5-minute walk away.
It is perfect for a bike ride, jog, or leisurely stroll around the Frog Pond or along the seawall. During open hours [May to October] stair-climbing enthusiasts can challenge themselves to that 99 step climb!
We are smoke [tobacco & cannabis], pet and fragrance-free. A starter shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, body wash and shaving gel are provided. Laundry soap is included for the duration of your stay. Being fragrance-free is a must.
