Overall experience was awful when we checked in at 4:30 pm the ac unit was attached but when we returned it was disconnected from the window. We try to reattach it but did not have any tape. We contacted the host. They were unwilling to help. vRBO tried to work with the but the HOST refused to work with VRBO or us to help fix the ac unit that was disconnected from the window when we returned to sleep. The bedroom window was open to the outside unable to close due to build up of tape and plastic. Window was open to the deck did not feel safe to sleep there. Host needs to clean up the outside of the apartment and make it safe for people to stay there. Thank you VRBO for all of your help with this awful situation.

Clean property in quiet neighbourhood. Easy drive to Magnetic Hill for those with families. Host was easy to communicate with!
