Splendid

Lovely apartment with beautiful views and sun from 9 till 5. The apartment was clean and everything worked as it should have, always a bonus. Only 15 - 20 minutes walk into the centre of Nerja and Mercadona a 7 minute walk away. The owner, Sabine, responded to any issues we had and was friendly and welcoming. Four and a half stars overall.

Lovely, modern, clean apt with sea view

This apt was really clean and modern and was very bright with a lovely balcony and sea view. Fully equiped with everything you could possibly need and i really enjoyed my stay. Host (Sabine) was super friendly and helpful and there is a ton of information in the apt to help you in the area and with any trips. The beach is fantastic and less than 5 minute walk. The town is around 15 minutes along the main road or a bit longer if you meander along the back roads. 3 Supermarkets close by and plenty of bars/restaurants by the beach or all long your walk into town. Great flat and a comfy bed! Enjoy!

Tolles Appartement

Das Appartement entspricht zu 100% den Fotos und war extrem sauber. Sabine hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und uns das Appartment gezeigt. Im Kühlschrank waren gekühlte Getränke und Verpflegung für die ersten Tage waren auch vorhanden. Es war alles da, sogar eine Wage. Parken auf einem Privatparkplatz war auch kein Problem.

Muchas gracias por hacer un comentario. Me alegro mucho que os habéis ido contentos y os haya gustado mi apartamento. Destacar que en este tiempo que corre, con el COVID-19, estamos teniendo muchas precauciones y protocolos de actuación por el Covid-19 ( quitamos los cojines, decoración, libros ,etc... limpiamos ( todo a 60ºC o si no se puede con higienizante de tejido), desinfectamos haciendo tratamiento de Ozono ). Dejamos jabón y productos de limpieza y desinfección, aunque siempre lo habíamos echo de antes.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Sehr schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung mit Meerblick, alles ist sehr sauber und es fehlt an nichts. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war unkompliziert und zuverlässig. Nerja ist sehr schön zum bummeln und eine gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Tolle Unterkunft und nette Gastgeberin

Sehr schöne und tolle Wohnung, der Ausblick ist genau wie auf den Bildern mit Meerblick, alles super sauber und es ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden. Sabine ist eine sehr nette und gute Gastgeberin. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt - von hier aus kann man gut in die Stadt Netja laufen.

Tolle Wohnung, super Lage, mit Kindern zu empfehlen

Die Wohnung liegt recht ruhig nicht weit vom Strand Burriana entfernt. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Selbstversorger braucht. Kochen, waschen, schlafen, alles toll. Der Pool ist sauber und auch die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Zu Fuß ist man in 20 Bummelminuten im Zentrum, dass man auf keinen Fall verpassen sollte. Probiert auch mal den Strand neben dem Balkon de Europa oder in Maro. Dort ist es etwas felsiger, dafür gibt es aber mehr Wellen und Fische zum gucken. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt!

Great Nerja Apartment

We rented a two-bedroom apartment in Nerja in the Hawaii building from Sabine. She gave us clear instructions on meeting her at the complex, greeted us on arrival and explained how to use the various utilities plus other useful tips and gave us a few beers and a lovely welcome fruit basket, which we really appreciated. We stayed there from July 7 to July 14 2018. The apartment has all the utilities one needs and the wi-fi worked great. It overlooks the pool and has a great view of the sea at Nerja. The beach is only a 15-minute walk away as is the town center. Sabine met us on the morning we left. She looked over the apartment and gave us our €200 breakage deposit back. She also kindly allowed to store our bags for a few hours before we moved on. We got a spotless apartment when we arrived, which was greatly appreciated. We are a family of 4, with 2 adult boys. Sabine was very friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy. The apartment is on the 3rd floor but there is a lift. It is well furnished and equipped with everything if you want to cook. We mostly ate out as there are lots of restaurants close by. The apartment has a balcony and gets the sun until late afternoon. There is a swimming pool for the apartment block. All the outside areas are kept very clean and full of flowers and plants by a caretaker. The beach at Burriana is just down the hill and is the biggest beach in Nerja with lots of activity, and many bars and restaurants along the back. Walking back up the hill to the apartment will keep you fit! We enjoyed our time here. Nerja is an interesting town with a good range of bars and restaurants, with busy and quieter areas.

Belles vacances en famille

Nerja est une agréable petite ville offrant des jolies plages, un grand choix de restaurants et un centre animé. L'appartement situé à 15 minutes à pied du centre et à moins de 10 minutes de la plage de Burriana a tout le confort nécessaire pour des vacances décontractées. Situé au 3ème étage d'une résidence calme et bien entretenue il bénéficie d'un balcon avec vue côté mer. La piscine est agréable pour les grands et les petits. Parking à disposition à tout moment. La propriétaire est expérimentée et tout est bien réglé. Elle connait bien la région et nous a fait bénéficier des ses "bons tuyaux". Je recommande sans hésitation cette location.

Keine Wünsche offen!

Sabine ist eine herzliche, top organisierte Vermieterin und ihr Appartment im wunderbaren Nerja ein echter Glücksgriff:-)! Vom großzügigen Balkon aus hat man einen einen großartigen Blick auf das Meer, das in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. In Sachen Sauberkeit und Ausstattung blieben ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen. Zudem versorgte uns Sabine mit vielen Tipps rund um Nerja und war eine zuverlässige Ansprechpartnerin während unseres 10tägigen Aufenthaltes. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Sven & Sarah

Très bel appartement conforme en tous points à l'annonce. Très belle vue de la terrasse. Proche de la plage de Burriana, du centre-ville ,des commerces, le tout sans voiture. Literie impeccable. L'appartement est calme même si la piscine est animée l'après-midi. Il ne manque rien. Sabine est d'une extrême gentillesse et disponible si besoin. Nerja est une très belle ville, animée le soir, avec de nombreux restaurants et boutiques. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. On y retournera certainement. Location à recommander.

Great place to stay in a lovely part of Spain

The apartment is very comfortable, light and airy with a great view down to the sea at Burriana beach. It is ideally situated, some 400 MTS or so from the beach and many reasonably priced bars and restaurants. However, it is a bit of a climb back to the apartment but OK if you take it slowly! Unfortunately there is no easy way to walk to the centre of Nerja and it is a steep climb to the roads into the centre. The kitchen and dining area are compact but well kitted out with views through patio doors to the balcony and the sea. The lounge is comfortable with a good sized TV, but there are only limited programmes for English speakers. The bedrooms are of a good size and the beds very comfortable. Outside, the pool area is very pleasant and the pool is excellent. Sabine was very friendly and efficient and had many tips for the area. She made our stay smooth and very enjoyable.

Location confortable, agréable et idéalement situé

Nous avons contacté Sabine après avoir consulté ce site. Notre échange a été d'emblée fort sympathique . Sabine s'est toujours montrée très disponible , réactive et généreuse dans ses conseils qui nous ont été très utiles tout au long du séjour . L'appartement est tout a fait conforme aux photos du site , idéalement situé à proximité de la mer ( 10 min à pied ) . La résidence est très calme , très propre et bien entretenue ; l'appartement également . Il est très bien équipé ( cuisine aménagée , télévision avec réception de chaines étrangères …) Nous ne connaissions pas Nerja , et nous avons ,de surcroît, découvert une magnifique ville andalouse . Great Location

We had a lovely sunny week at the apartment and escaped the British weather. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. Sabine was very accommodating to our wishes. She is very knowledgeable on local attractions and and speaks excellent English. Nerja is a wonderful place with a good mix of old and new. We would recommend the numerous Tapas bars in the Old Town. We visited Alhambra and this was alot quieter (and cooler) out of season. We would thoroughly recommend this property and will be returning.
