Welcome yourself to this amazing 3 bedroom 2 and half bathroom home minutes away from all the Amenities in NW West of Calgary, plenty of options for entertainment! Only short drive to every thing Calgary has to offer HIGHWAY IS JUST OFF THE ROAD. Inside the home you can watch your favourite shows, entertain friends and family while cooking meals for them. In this home 8 people comfortably sleeps 1 king bed and two queen beds with one single floor mattress and two large couches and the home also have two full bathrooms with complementary shampoos conditioner and body wash The kitchen is equipped with coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster , microwave and dishwasher, also pots and pans and all other kitchen essentials .

You will have full access of the home during your stay , the basement is a separate suite, there is keyless entry to the home , a code will be provided to you after your booking is confirmed with us.

The parking is street parking and we have space in the backyard to park two vehicles if needed Please treat the place with respect ,

They canceled an hour before last minute booking and was left without a stay for the following days. You shouldn’t list your property if it’s not available for booking! Owners suck! No communication at all. Definitely don’t recommend

Room was super dirty there left over of someone lipstick on the sofa, one of the blanket on the main bedroom has blood on it, no toilet,… paper so obviously they do not clean the place and blaming clients for damaging their place! Be careful when you book this place i was not believe in the one star review but now i do and they charge me double for damages that i did not make

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful brand new 3-bedroom house! The home was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location is very convenient—just minutes from the highway and close to a grocery store, which made everything so easy. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

The description of the house has some things not clearly callednout in the beginning. When we arrived there was someone on the side of the house that when we pulled in, that person immediately went to the basement of that same house. So that was odd so I called the host to explain this and its apparently in the description somehow.The front lawn is not maintained at all so as much as the house looks new from the outside, the overgrown weed and grass madenit looked old and dated. There's also an old pair of slippers by the front door.Inside has enough space but there are no a paper towel available to use. Usually vrbo houses we stayed historically have this item as a must. All we had was a couple of dish pods.Rooms are clean but the main bathroom has hair in the shower. I find that very unsanitary. Also no laundry soap but perhaps this was not made available since we're only staying a night.Finally when we left that first day i had to call the host on how to lock the main front door. Im told to use the same code when entering but that didnt work. I was able to figure itnout eventually but this information would have been handy during the check in process.

Host is dissapointing

The place was good. Furnished & decorated nicely. It was clean. I can not say anything bad about the place other than it is not finished construction, there is a door at the back that has no stairs so if someone didn’t know they may fall out of the house. Also, the listing says full place however, this is false advertising they are also renting out the basement to someone else. How can this be full place if the basement is not included? Anyways from the jump I messaged every host if I can have a surprise birthday party as that was my intention. Wasn’t sure how many people were going to be there but told the host that there will be a party. I put 1 cause again, was not sure how many guests. I have screenshots of the messages. I also made sure to take a video before I left in case of anything. We left at 3:10 am so we were only there for 11 hours. Mind you, we respected the place and made sure it was clean. Why did i wake up on some “property damage” payment request? I have proof that her “heavily stained carpet and walls” are false. I took a VIDEO before we left of the entire place? Also nobody was even at the carpeted area (upstairs) cause we were all downstairs. Two hours ofthe booking we weren’t even at the house since we had a party bus come pick us up. Anyways i spoke to VRBO and they helped me clear everything. MAKE SURE WHEREVER YOU STAY OR WHATEVER YOU RENT, YOU TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEO PROOF BEFORE LEAVING SO YOU HAVE PROOF OF ANYTHING THEY TRY TO HIT YOU WITH!
