Welcome to Bayview Sunrise Bach - a quiet unit on a beachfront property. Relax with a swim, walk along the beach or perhaps cast a rod. Take in a morning sunrise or evening sunset. Enjoy the stunning beach views and rural scenery on the near by cycle-ways or try our local café (5 minutes walk) and excellent boutique wineries.

- 5 minutes from airport
- 8 minutes to Ahuriri shops, cafes/restaurants and Napier Sailing Club
- 10 minutes north of Napier "Art Deco Capital of the World"
- close to expressway

Bayview Village is 2.5km's north - Four Square, Pharmacy, Fish n Chips, Hotel, BP, Mobil and fruit and vegetable shops.

Free Wi-fi.
Kitchen with full cooking facilities. Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Salt and pepper.
Washing machine and dryer. Washing powder provided. Extra linen available.
Patio with outside furniture and BBQ.
Ample parking.
Pets are welcome (additional charge of $15 per night per pet). Please ensure you tick the "Travelling with Pets" box under "Travellers". If this is not charged at the time of booking, it can be paid to the host on arrival.

Please note the nightly rate assumes a couple using one bed. Use of the extra bed incurs an additional charge of $25 per person per night.

Beautiful little spot for the weekend. Was like a home away from home. It had everything we needed, even scissors and a fan (very hot nights). We booked the extra room and glad we did, it helped with 2 adults and 2 kids.Paul was a great host, great communication, good check-in instructions, plenty of parking and Paul was close by if we needed anything.

Paul was welcoming and friendly. Amazing location and lovely clean and tidy unit. Everything we needed was provided. Great for our small dog with a separate wee fenced in area. Perfect holiday location.

We were barely at the property as only arrived late and left early but it was a nice little pet friendly property and we would love to stay again when we have more time to explore the beach and surrounding area.

We had a lovely restful time. Paul was very friendly and interesting to talk to. The amenities were great and perfect to take some time out. We rested in the rooms, sat and listened to the waves or sat under the trees to read. We were even able to take a walk on the beach. It was right there. A short drive to get the most amazing Fish and Chips or into the City to have a look around.We couldn't have asked for more.We will book again if we are down in Napier again.Thank you for having us Paul.

Cute little batch on the beach.

We had an amazing time. It was very clean, tidy and cozy. The host was such a nice guy. Very friendly. Also the fact i could have my little dog stay with us is so awesome.We will definitely be going back and staying again.

Great having my dog there thanks. Very accommodating. Just one small thing. A pull out couch may off been better in the lounge as really no where to relax..but such a little thing. Everything was there that we needed including barbecue..beach lovely

Great Location and host.

Lots of character. The unit was very clean. Has everything you could need as a family. Location is fantastic and backs onto the beach. 10 min drive from town. Paul is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. We'll definitely be back to stay next time we're in Napier.

The property was as advertised, but the fees that we paid was incorrect. We had to pay extra. Please check with the landlord before booking. The property is very close to the sea.
