With breathtaking views and a peaceful setting, this holiday home is perfect for creating lasting memories.
This family holiday home has it all; four bedrooms, two bathrooms, plenty of off-street parking and spacious open plan living areas that flow to a large sheltered entertaining balcony which is built to make the most of the breath-taking views.
The open plan kitchen and lounge area lead onto a dining room and another separate lounge which all face the views.
The large master bedroom has an en-suite with walk-in wardrobe and views to the lake. There are two other double bedrooms and a kids bunk room that have the benefit of a stylish family bathroom with a separate toilet and vanity.
With double glazing, heat pumps and a modern gas fireplace (available winter months only) makes for comfort all year round.
The home has four bedrooms offering various bedding configurations and two bathrooms.

• Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
• Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed
• Bedroom 4: 1 Single Bunk Bed Set
Just a short drive away and there is a boat ramp, local dairy, restaurant and cafe. Also close by is L'arte Cafe and Gallery a unique cafe and gallery that is set in a magical garden, complete with an outside mosaic living room.

When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.
We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
