Meelup Forest Retreat

Situated just a short stroll from the shimmering turquoise waters of Geographe Bay and overlooking the untouched expanse of Meelup Reserve, Meelup Forest Retreat perfectly balances coastal charm with bushland serenity. The location offers an abundance of activities, whether it’s a day spent swimming, snorkelling or stand-up paddle boarding at one of many beaches on Georgraphe Bay or exploring the walking or mountain bike trails in the reserve.
CLEANING FEE
A cleaning fee of $315 will be added to your stay.
LINEN
Linen is optional and if required please ensure to order at checkout stage.
Linen packs will include: top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bathroom towels, bath mat, and hand towels. Linen costs are $30 per person.

NOISE RESTRICTIONS-
+ Please note this is not a party house. This is a residential neighbourhood and normal holiday activities are encouraged.
+ Maximum of 8 adults are accepted......with number of kids to be discussed, we encourage family groups!

Permanent residents do live next door on every side.
Noise MUST not become an issue. Noise complaints breach our terms and conditions and may result in guest being evicted and/or forfeit of security bond. The noise curfew is 10pm.
After 7pm - The neighbours should not be able to hear excessive noise
After 10:00pm - The neighbours should not hear any noise

Shire regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue eg. for a party or wedding. Any unannounced additional guests or parties, functions or gatherings are not allowed. If this occurs, additional guests will be asked to vacate the rental property immediately, resulting in the forfeit of the entire bond and/or possible eviction with no refund.

BBQ
Please clean up after yourself when using the grill, and replace the cover when you’re done. If it’s left excessively dirty, an extra $100 cleaning fee will be applied. Ensure the gas valve & the grill itself are shut off.

LIGHTS
Out of courtesy to our neighbours, could you please ensure that all outdoor lights are turned off when you go to bed each night.

NO SMOKING
All our properties are non-smoking. There will be a substantial additional cleaning fee to remove odours and stains.

FIRES
There are fire restrictions from October to April inclusive and must be strictly observed.

SHOES
Please, no shoes within the house. Minimise the mess.

PARKING
Parking is allowed in your designated parking area.

FURNITURE
Please do not move the furniture around.

CHECK-OUT
Check-Out times are strict. Our cleaning team are on a short timeframe, please be out of the property on time.

WASTE
Garbage and Recycling go in the black and green/yellow bins, respectively. Please empty your waste before leaving.
