ADDITIONAL INFORMATION - Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is above the front porch facing the entryway and driveway, camera 2 is on the back porch facing the back walkway and the pier gangway, camera 3 is at the kitchen entrance facing the walkway from the driveway, and camera 4 is on the balcony overlooking the balcony. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. They record video and audio when motion is detected - Four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive is necessary in the winter months to access the property - The electric fireplaces are only available during the winter season - This 3-story home requires 5 steps to enter; the 1st floor includes a bedroom and full bathroom - The pier was replaced and upgraded in March 2026 to create an improved space for guests to enjoy. All the space is available to use and is ideal for fishing and swimming with a larger pier and night fishing lights. We will continue to provide an enhanced waterfront experience with a newer gazebo in the future.

We srayed at this property due to number of guests and proximity to the college. It was a great mix of old and new. This house was wonderfully appointed and everyone enjoyed their stay. The views were spectacular and we had everything we needed and more. It was unexpectedly remote, but once we got used to it, it was barely noticeable. We are even considering staying here again

Very clean and spacious house! We had a group of 7 of us for a bike event nearby and it was more than enough room. The house includes all the usual amenities with a kitchen fully stocked. The extra dishwasher and ice maker machine were gold. They have a small living room with a TV, however they have another huge living area for games, it would be great if the TV was in there to fit a larger group. Overall, beautiful place and was able to see the sunrise and sunset over the water each day.
